Summer is here and the Beach is Calling! Super wide beach here!

Enjoy this spectacular Gulf Front property with amazing ocean views. Open living space with huge kitchen and breakfast bar. The master has a King bed, master bath has a walk in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a twin over full bunk. There are tv's in all the bedrooms. The leather sectional in the family room has room for everyone to sit comfortably with a smart tv and high speed internet to stream your favorites. Enjoy your morning coffee from the spacious deck overlooking the water or have dinner enjoying the Gulf of Mexico. Bistro height chairs let you enjoy the view above the balcony railing.
All living is on one floor. The building has an elevator and we are also right at the top of the first flight of stairs from the covered parking. Soak up the sun on the beach or enjoy many activities from fishing to horseback riding to kayaking. Our beach is large, flat and quiet. Gather some driftwood and have a beach bonfire. This is old Florida! Enjoy time by the pool or in the hot tub for a break. This is our home away from home so it is well stocked and comfortable. There is covered parking under the building and a lot for your boat or trailer. There is also a locked storage closet to store all your gear! Come share our slice of heaven! Rate includes Florida tax.

A great condo with a nice beach.

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

Wonderful in every way!

This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!

Spring break

The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax. They also compact the sand and make the beach hard as a rock and dirty. We had to keep getting the kids out of the way of the trucks. Not a relaxing location simply because of this. Had I known the beach itself was a roadway, I would’ve booked further out on the cape where there’s no traffic on the sand.

Family Oasis

Our family of 5 enjoyed an amazing week here. The condo was easy to access, and exceptionally clean. We loved having access to the storage closet for all of our beach gear, the walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was never crowded. The kids enjoyed a pool a few times, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare a meal. There were lots of games in the cabinets as well. This was our first visit to the Cape, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing place to stay for the week.

Completely Wonderful

Everything stated in reviews is accurate! All good! Tammy is professional and prompt in communication. We had a great week here! The condo has everything you need for cooking in. The beach is amazing! And we loved the HUGE sofa! We have two boys and they both are 6’3” and we all fit! Of course we loved sitting out on the porch at night with all the beautiful stars lighting up the sky! Can’t say enough about how great this place is! Completely Wonderful!

Beach trip

This place was wonderful place to stay! The place beautiful and big fit just everyone staying! We had lots of laughs on that trip! Me and my best friend sat up on the porch just laughing which is so much fun!

Lovely Rain or Shine

Just a short walk through the dunes to a quiet beach. The kitchen was big and well stocked with the little things for all sorts of cooking. Overall great trip for reuniting with our family.

This was our second time staying at this property, so that in and of itself tells you something! The owner is easy to communicate with and obviously pays attention to detail. The peace and tranquility of this property is unequaled. Very comfortable.

Great place overall

For the most part, our stay was exactly as advertised. Great view of the water, three bedrooms and two baths, spacious, and no surprises regarding the facility. The pool was nice too, and we really like the location on Cape San Blas. The complaints are minor. The listing said there was a grill on site; there was not. Parking is tight. About eight light bulbs in the place were out; get the cleaning crew to replace those please. Long walk to take trash to the dumpster. And it could and should have been cleaner.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The. O do was nice. The owner was very helpful and accessible if needed. They have a well stocked home with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, games, and beach supplies (probably more now as we accidentally forgot some of ours). My only complaint is that the side of the island the condo is on doesn't have clear water like the front side does.

Wedding/Girls Trip

My son was getting married in Port St. Joe and we wanted a condo close to where he was staying. We reached out to Tammy asking about the distance and she immediately responded and was friendly and helpful. The condo itself was perfect for us! It was large, roomy and clean. We absolutely loved sitting on the patio enjoying the view and the peacefulness of the location. It was a minimal walk to the beach and the pool was also a great perk. We even met a couple of the neighbors and they were super friendly and made us feel even more welcomed. I can’t wait to plan another trip and will definitely be booking with Tammy again.

5 Star Stay!

Fantastic experience! The owner is phenomenal and a great communicator. The property is comfortable with ample space for my husband and I and two teenagers (much larger than the pics suggest). Oceanview was stunning, sitting on the patio in the morning or evening and listening to the birds and waves roll in was relaxing and magical. The pool was uncrowded and clean. We had the beach to ourselves most days. Can't say enough about what a fantastic stay we had.

I appreciate going on vacation and not sitting in hours of traffic or long waits to go out to dinner. Come enjoy the quiet old Florida we enjoy. My guys love to fish and here you can find a spot on the beach to enjoy the great fishing in the area.
