Enjoy this spectacular Gulf Front property with amazing ocean views. Open living space with huge kitchen and breakfast bar. The master has a King bed, master bath has a walk in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a twin over full bunk. There are tv's in all the bedrooms. The leather sectional in the family room has room for everyone to sit comfortably with a smart tv and high speed internet to stream your favorites. Enjoy your morning coffee from the spacious deck overlooking the water or have dinner enjoying the Gulf of Mexico. Bistro height chairs let you enjoy the view above the balcony railing.
All living is on one floor. The building has an elevator and we are also right at the top of the first flight of stairs from the covered parking. Soak up the sun on the beach or enjoy many activities from fishing to horseback riding to kayaking. Our beach is large, flat and quiet. Gather some driftwood and have a beach bonfire. This is old Florida! Enjoy time by the pool or in the hot tub for a break. This is our home away from home so it is well stocked and comfortable. There is covered parking under the building and a lot for your boat or trailer. There is also a locked storage closet to store all your gear! Come share our slice of heaven! Rate includes Florida tax.

Really enjoyed our stay and how quiet the area was. The beaches were not crowded at all even for Fourth of July weekend! Our dryer did stop heating on the second day, so we had to hang our clothes, but the owner was quick to reply and was going to send a replacement. the elevator stopped working on the second day but the repair man came out to fix it quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing vacation with family. I wasn’t worried about my children’s safety the entire stay. Will book again if ever in the area in the future!

The property was nice and the indoor, pool, and hot tub pictures, were accurate. The pictures from the patio are mostly accurate, but you can’t see the marsh has grown up a good amount since the pictures were taken, and you can’t see the beach. You can see the see the ocean. The internet does not work very well. I reset the router twice, which helped, but it was still not great. The elevator did not work the whole week we were there because a part was broken.The beds are ok, but not super comfortable, and are very loud. The doors are very noisy. All that said, the place is nice, large, and had everything needed for a nice week stay. When we contacted our host, she was very responsive and helpful.

Host was spot on. Responded very quickly to any concerns. Our only complaint was the bathroom by the pool was never cleaned in the 3 weeks we were there. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and bed was very comfortable

We've rented a handful of vacation rentals and this has been my favorite. Very easy check in and good communication. The condo was so nice and clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The owners included so many thoughtful little touches that allowed us to not have to run to the grocery store right away. The pool and hot tub were very clean and as pool owners I'm picky about this. The storage unit had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys like boogie boards that were in great shape. The beach was beautiful and clean. We loved our stay and I would love to stay here again sometime!

We've stayed all over the gulf Coast and was by far the best property we've seen .

Great unit the kitchen was the best stocked it has everything you could need. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Condo was excellent!!! Unfortunately the waters were not clear at all. If you’re a fisherman, young family, or just enjoy a beach with no crowds this is for you.

We arrived late in the evening, so I appreciated walking into a clean place. It is a calm, peaceful place. Not much noise around the area, other than frogs. I loved hearing them sing when it rained. Although we did not witness wildlife there, our neighbors told us they saw a bobcat in the backyard one morning. I have nothing negative to say about the condo. The only real issue during our stay was that the elevator stopped working. Not the fault of the condo owner though. The drive to Port St Joe for groceries seemed to take "forever" on the first day. But as we acclimated to the area, it was smooth sailing. If you're looking for a friendly bar with reasonable prices, we recommend The Haughty Heron. It's a great place. We spent most of our time in the pool. It was not crowded at all, which was great. The hot tub was about the same temperature as the pool, which was fine as it was the end of July, and it was already hot outside. The beach was good. It has packed sand, which is good for driving if you desire, with appropriate license. We did see a few turtle nests marked too. We tried fishing off the beach, but had no luck. Salinas Park was ok. The bay side is definitely nicer than the beach side. But there's no shade, so we didn't stay long. It would probably be nicer for the kids if it wasn't the end of July. The trail on the beach side is in desperate need of repair. Turns out it looks closed, but the yellow tape had fallen off.We'll be back to this area again.

Beautiful view

The property was very clean and accurately depicted in the listing! The view was incredible. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each morning! Had a great stay and would highly recommend!

A great condo with a nice beach.

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

We loved staying here. Great access to uncrowded beach. Condo was awesome with great large open kitchen, dining, and family room. Beautiful views from large porch. One of the best places we have stayed as a family - definitely will book again!

Beach trip

This place was wonderful place to stay! The place beautiful and big fit just everyone staying! We had lots of laughs on that trip! Me and my best friend sat up on the porch just laughing which is so much fun!

I appreciate going on vacation and not sitting in hours of traffic or long waits to go out to dinner. Come enjoy the quiet old Florida we enjoy. My guys love to fish and here you can find a spot on the beach to enjoy the great fishing in the area.

This is the home we come to to vacation. I enjoy cooking so I try to keep the cookware fully stocked with everything I would need if I were at home. From the crockpot and the rice steamer to the Keurig, We try to bring all the comforts of home.
