Beautiful property. You can hear the ocean from the covered deck. Perfect for being outside without the sunburn. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful get away. The pool was great too. Owner responds quickly with any questions. Would love to stay here again!

Very comfortable, clean and great beachfront location. Quiet and convenient to everything. Kitchen was well stocked but could use tin foil and plastic wrap. Would not hesitate to book this proprty again.

Perfectly Restful!

What a great place to rest, relax and enjoy a non-crowded beach!!! Cape San Blas is a haven and Serendipity by the Sea is the perfect setting.

Great stay

Great week at the beach. Condo has great amenities. Short walk to beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs, etc… kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Front porch rocking chairs and view make it worth the price. Great place!

Beautiful place

We had such a great time here. It’s the perfect location. The host was easy to get ahold of and very friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Planning to come back next year if available!

Great condo, nicely furnished, beautiful area. We enjoyed the less crowded beach, T. H. Stone State park, quaintness of Port St. Joe. Not a lot of dining options on the Cape but the ones we visited were good. Only a 15 to 20 minute ride to Port St Joe if you need more dining options. We would stay here again in this area and this particular condo. Very relaxing visit in late September.

Beautiful View

Even though it was stormy and cold, we enjoyed the beautiful view. Condo was very nice and reflected all photos.

Relaxing stay!

The property is very enjoyable and clean--perfect for our family of 4 to spread out with our own space and come together in the spacious dining/living area. We spent a couple of days at the beach by the house and a couple of days we drove a few minutes around the end of the peninsula, parked at a pull-out and set up on that side - super easy and views of amazing sunsets on the water. The back porch was a nice place to relax and enjoy the morning and evening. Host is super responsive.

Florida Escape Week

Very clean, well laid out facility, well stocked kitchen, and an enjoyable time was had by all. Only comment on the negative side - sleep sofas are not comfortable to sit in.

The condo was beautiful! It offered everything to us that we needed. I so appreciated the fan in the bedroom! We also appreciated the use of the beach chairs, and wagon. It was very helpful. The rockers on the deck are a nice way to start the day or end the evening. Condo was a little further from town then expected but not a big deal at all. Walk out to the beach very manageable for both grandma and 19-month-old granddaughter. Beach was not busy at all. Parking spot is ideal. Up two flights of steps and you're at the door. It was a wonderful vacation and place to stay.

Fall Break '24

Wonderful location! Pretty much had everything we needed while there! Master bed mattress could be updated and the clothing washer needs a good cleaning, mold in the lining. The pool was nice and clean but the hot tub was not working as it was cool and had a funny smell. They did have pipe work ongoing, so, not sure if that was a factor. Bugs weren't as bad as expected but do bring bug spray. All in all, we love this place and would love to return in the near future! e near future.not worki
