Escape to sunny Naples and enjoy this comfortable, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in one of North Naples' most desirable locations, just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, world-class golf, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Perfect for families, couples, snowbirds, business travelers, and remote workers, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The primary suite features a queen bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen adjustable bed. The bright sunroom includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space and a relaxing retreat to unwind after a day at the beach.

Step outside to your private fenced backyard oasis. Relax in the hot tub, fire up the gas grill, enjoy meals on the paver patio, or gather around the outdoor propane fireplace in the evening. We loved hosting Ryan, his brother, and two beautiful pups, and hope to see you next year! Glad we had the room for your cool jetski, and we are conveniently located close to several launch locations, including our annual guest pass to Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park and Collier County Cocohatchee Marina.

Amazing

It was clean and had everything in it we needed. Great location and the Sullivans were so nice!! I would love to stay at this location again! We stayed with another couple and it was perfect.

Great to spot to land on a warm day

House was great and perfect for two couples; well thought out design and amenities. We seemed to be a 15-20 drive to everything we wanted to see.

We had a wonderful first time extended ( 8 weeks) stay in Naples. The communication with our host’s went above and beyond. Any questions, recommendations or concerns were welcomed with timely response! The house was well stocked with kitchen , laundry, bath and linen supplies ! Our favorite part ( besides being dog friendly) was jumping on bikes and biking to the beach’s , several to choose from ! The Hosts provided everything for a comfortable beach day ! A big thank you to our hosts and new friends, The Sullivans. We will miss you and the sunsets a lot ! Cheers The Welle’s

Short and sweet

Seamless process. Clean, charming, comfortable house. Loved the details of the garden, seating area in the porch and the patio with jacuzzi. Enjoyed the bikes. We spend one night that felt like a vacation. Excellent!

We didn’t spend a lot of time there as my in-laws had a place. Everyone slept comfortably and the owner was readily available if needed.

Great House and Owner

Everything both inside and outside was very clean and super comfortable- Owner was so nice, friendly and very accommodating if we had questions or requested anything. We’ll definitely be repeat guests!

Golf Trip

The property is a great location for a golf trip with many golf courses within a 10 to 20 min drive. Also close by are some excellent restaurants and lively night life. The house was very clean and the hot tub proved to be a welcome site after a long day of golf.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay. Mick was very helpful. The townhome is very comfortable and conveniently located between Bonita Springs and Naples. We appreciated being able to have our dog there. Nice fenced-in backyard, but is smaller than what is pictured online. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Fully furnished with all we needed!

We enjoyed our stay in Naples Park. The fact that my dog was welcome is what led us to this property. I nice fenced in back yard for when he needed to go out. However, the neighborhood did not have any sidewalks for walking dog's. The owner's provided everything from Shampoo and toilet paper to laundry detergent and beach towels. The beds were quite comfortable and the bedding was nice. Although the price ended up more that what I initially thought after cleaning fee, booking fees, damage deposits, etc that are not reflected in the published nightly rate, we would recommend this rental for small families or in our case, two single adults.

Lollie Sullivan grew up in Chicago and later married her high school sweetheart, with whom she raised seven children while splitting time between Wisconsin’s Northwoods and Marco Island, Florida. After a successful career as the founder and CEO of Accurate Title Insurance in Marco Island, she transitioned to a life centered around hospitality and the outdoors. She now lives full-time in the Northwoods at Thunderbird Point, where she enjoys life as an innkeeper and welcoming guests to the lake she calls home and still visiting Naples.
