Great communication

The place was clean and had all the basic stuff we needed. Beds were comfortable and had smart tv in each room. Perfect place for family!

Lovely home

Location was great! Close to beach and local activities. Quiet neighborhood. Living room a bit formal for me but it did not dampen my stay. Host was very reactive to any issues that came up during the 3 plus months of my stay.

Pet Friendly

We were very pleased to find that the backyard was fenced and a dog door from the kitchen to the yard. The lanai is delightful and perfect for entertaining. Close to Vanderbilt Public Beach access and close to all shopping and services. Nice neighborhood for walking the dog. Very clean home with everything needed for a comfy stay.

Perfect Location/House perfectly equipped

If I could give this host and property 10 stars, I would. Host was prompt with email responses. The house had everything one could need and the location was perfect for us.

Excellent location

This adorable cottage is centrally located in a very nice North Naples area. Walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Trader Joe's, and the post office. 5 minute drive to the beach. 20 minute drive to downtown Naples. Very safe and nice neighborhood (albeit no sidewalks). The house has 3 nice sized bedrooms with queen size beds which are very comfy. The bedding was divine! Down pillows felt like a luxury after a day in the sun. We stayed with two of us (married couple) and two children (ages 8 and 10) - everyone got their own bedroom which was great! TVs in every bedroom so nobody was fighting about what to watch in the evenings. TVs come with Netflix and other streaming services which was a huge plus. Free WiFi. Two showers kept our morning routine moving (nobody had to wait) and the large kitchen as well as many dining spaces (dining room, large dining table on the lanai) and a dine-in bar gave lots of choices as well. Full size fridge in the kitchen, with stove, microwave, dishwasher. Plenty of towels and the washer / dryer were a bonus - we could wash the beach towels after a day at the beach to have clean towels the next morning! A few minor things this property could use - teapot or tea kettle - had to boil water in a pot on the stove, additional blankets and pillows (although Evan was kind enough to stop by and drop off an extra pillow and blanket for me), curtains on windows (they have blinds, but the morning sun was waking us up at 6am) and somewhere to hang the towels (I was under the impression that the house is being actively improved so the towel bars in the main bath were missing). We enjoyed sitting outside for our breakfasts and some dinners, going out to eat at nearby restaurants (Sushi Thai is walking distance, as well as Dunkin Donuts). Overall - excellent stay, great value, convenient neighborhood. We all had a fabulous vacation! Thank you for having us in your Italian House!

Great Naples

Location is excellent, close to beach, lots of nice restaurants and shopping. Very spacious and clean. We all had a wonderful time.

Nice place!

The house was in a good location for us. It is clean and spacious with amenities that worked for us. Neighborhood is quiet. Evan was super easy and quick to message with for a few questions that we had.

Nice Home

Very accommodating with extra k-cups, and supplies. Beds are a little squishy and small for 2 people, but adequate. Wish one room had twins. Wish there were bedside lamps and more comfy living room furniture, but it was very pleasant , clean and accommodating for our family. Response time from owner on a few repairs was immediate and the service man was super! We’d rent it again.

Cute, clean beach house great for a family

We rented this home on very short notice due to issues with a different property. The host was very accommodating and responsive. It's immaculately clean and bright. The homes in this neighborhood are very close together. The next door neighbor was having a party one night and it did keep one of our kids up, but the other 4 nights were very quiet and restful. We would definitely stay there again!
