This was our second stay at this cute house. Very clean and great location! Owners are very easy to communicate with and respond in a timely manner. We highly recommend and have already reserved for next year!!

This property is so amazing! We stayed here for a girls trip. Such a great location. A block from the beach and an easy walk into town with all the shops and restaurants! Immaculately kept and fully stocked. I can not say enough good things about this property. All the things you need for beach days are in the garage. I was also very thankful for the A/C because many beach houses don't have it and it was unseasonably warm. Thank you for being great hosts. We will definitely return.

Perfect home for a family. All supplies available, including buggy boards and family games. Very comfortable mattresses, excellent blackouts Only one block to Moonlight beach, no need to drive…Best Vrbo so far for us….

A really lovely property, with a ton of beach amenities available and an unbeatable location. Check in and check out were smooth and easy, and the property was in great condition when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again next time we are in Encinitas.

We had a great stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and has lots of space for a large group to eat in a dining room/kitchen combination. They had lots of beach toys and it’s two blocks to the beach with a wagon to carry stuff to the beach. Has a nice little yard in the back as well. We had a great stay.

Wonderful Stay

This is our second time staying here and we LOVE it! The hosts are wonderful and the house is the perfect distance to the beach and the 101.

Wonderful spot by Moonlight Beach!

A small group of friends and I stayed for a girls trip, and this was the perfect spot! Immaculately clean with all amenities we needed and a fabulous location. I'd love to stay here again!!

Fantastic location!

This property close to moonlight beach was fantastic for our young family of four. It's close to the beach and the main street in Encinitas. The property is in a quiet, safe street and is a really comfortable family home! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great Location

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at! Very clean and plenty of room for our family get together and being able to walk to Moonlight Beach was a definite plus! Close to restaurants and downtown Encinitas as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Great beach house with everything you need!

This house is set up with everything you could need for a beach vacation. Perfect place for families with kids. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants etc nearby.

great for multi-generational family stay

We had a lovely stay for some family time. The house was well stocked with cooking and beach supplies, which was super handy. The house hummed loudly when the water was running, otherwise the house was everything we could have needed and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Great family rental

We loved our time in Encinitas. This property was clean, accommodating for our family with young children and so close to the beach. Owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and were easy to get ahold of during the stay. Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us!
