Great summer vacay stay

The bungalow is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay: quiet, well appointed, well located near beaches and cafes etc. Couldn't be more pleased!

Welcoming hosts and a comfortable, convenient home for Christmas week. Easy parking for two cars. A well equipped kitchen and necessary suplies helped a weeks stay run smooothly.Location makes it easy to get to the beach or city or visit friends in nearby towns.

Excellent property, super clean, organized, well stocked, well decorated. The hosts were outstanding in communications and organization. It’s the best experience I’ve had with a short term rental (out of many experiences)

Great visit! Host was extremely responsive and resolved the one or two issues we had almost instantly. Great location, very comfortable and well appointed. Will stay stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway Bungalow

The place was just as described - everything was neat and clean and our check in could not have been easier. Working with the host was very easy as they were very prompt on email or text. Great location with a private fenced backyard. Easy 10 min walk to Hwy 101 and multiple restaurants. Easy access from the Hwy. All round great place - we will be back!

Great house and location

The Moonlight bungalow is very nicely decorated and the kitchen/ whole house had everything we needed. The yard was so convenient for our mini-doodle too. Highly recommend for 4 people (and a dog)! Or rent more than one bungalow for a multi-family gathering. Leucadia/Encinitas is a wonderful base for all that San Diego has to offer.

Immaculate!

We loved our two-day stay here. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. So much attention to detail. Even the beach chairs and beach umbrella were in perfect condition (rare at a beach rental!).Great location. Walk or short drive to the beaches. And big bonus was the reverse osmosis water filtration system at the kitchen sink! Great hosts - responsive and you can tell - pride of ownership and first class service.

Beautiful cozy place

We had a great time at this beautiful house .Everything was perfect,clean and spacious . Too many details to write ... if you are looking for a nice clean cozy place, don’t hesitate to book. Communication was outstanding . Location was perfect..close to all the restaurants and beaches . Will be back for sure. Our dog Penny also enjoyed her own little enclosed and secured backyard. Everything was as described .

Perfect for Us!

We love the Solana Beach-Encinitas stretch of California & after losing our regular rental when the owner decided to move in full time, we were searching. Although our 2 dogs are very well behaved, there are 2 of them, which narrows the options. We felt lucky to have found this one with fenced outdoor space for them, & a well managed & equipped property for us. They've thought of almost everything for your stay & are easy to communicate with, should an issue arise. We plan on coming back!

SPOT ON IN EVERY CATAGORY!!

I’ve been a host myself with a property we had. Encinitas Bungalows puts me to shame! From the time I pressed “Book” they were on the ball! Their communication lacked absolutely nothing! Both Keith and Stacey never left us hanging! The Guidebook that Keith put together left us feeling that this was going to be smooth-sailing! We were not let down. The Moonlight Bungalow was peaceful, charming, comfortable and everything that myself, my husband and our little girl (yellow lab) Penny could have dreamt of! All the comforts of home. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming as well. It’s nice to see people walking by with their dogs, or riding bikes or golf carts with surfboards attached headed to the various beaches. Do yourself a favor and don’t look any further! We will ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT BE BACK!! Hopefully sooner than later!

After years of searching, we have finally found our home away from home for our frequent trips to North County! From check-in to check-out, every moment of this stay was absolutely perfect. The owners of this home put all others to shame. As homeowners ourselves, we typically get stressed out staying in vacation rentals because we see how poorly they are maintained. Always making mental lists of all the things we would change, we tell ourselves "it's temporary" or "it's functional," and try to just be glad we aren't the ones who have to fix the problems. But this space? ZERO PROBLEMS! And the bonus is that we have a back yard area for our little doggos! Easy parking! A truly clean (no mold! no rust!) property near the beach! White linens, plenty of towels, labels for where everything goes, easy-to-use a/c, loads of light, and walking distance to everything. We truly could not ask for more and will return many many times in the years to come, I'm sure.

Beautiful property in a great location. The property was well maintained and furnished with everything you would want and more. Comfortable furniture and beds and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
