■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

•Do I need a rental car? Not necessarily. Many guests comfortably explore Huatulco using taxis or private transportation, both of which can be arranged through our Concierge Team. Taxis can also be coordinated by the security at the gate of the Villas Carey community.

• Can I walk to restaurants? Yes. Several restaurants and resort dining options are within walking distance in Tangolunda. Guests can also enjoy nearby resort restaurants with a day pass, while additional cafés, shopping, and local dining are just a short drive away.
