Spacious, brand new total renovation 4 bedroom 2 bath home on deep water canal in Cherry Grove. Digital lock so no long lines waiting to check in! Canal has recently been dredged and now gives boaters access to fishing and boating the back waters of Cherry Grove all the way into the ocean from your dock! This home is also just 1 1/2 blocks from beach. Great, covered front and back porches perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage on! Or, if you prefer, you can fish or sunbathe right off the dock on the canal. Even take your boat, kayak, or paddleboard and set off for adventure right from your dock. You can also relax and cool off under house on the swing or outdoor living area. Full kitchen and grill to prepare your favorite meals or fresh catch of the day!
4 bedrooms: 2 queen beds, 1 king, 1 full with 1 set of bunk beds , and 1 queen sleeper sofa. New baths, all new kitchen All new furniture in home!
Also new washer/dryer. New flat screen TV's in each bedroom and 60" flat screen in living room with DVD player High speed Wifi internet provided.
And just a short 3 minute walk to the beach! Great beach access with a convenient shower to cool off with and rinse all the sand off your toys with!

From fine dining to a quick meal you will find it all here. Known for our Calabash seafood you will have to check out one of the fabulous restaurants. If you are looking for a dinner show, live entertainment, or a place to shag or dance the night away there is a variety of fun places to choose from. House was as described on listing. We had an issue with a breaker that kept flipping but was addressed quickly. Owner was quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Location was close to beach entrance. We had a great time!

Great trip!

This was our second time staying here as a family and we really enjoyed it. Great outdoor seating, very clean, and a well stocked kitchen. We look forward to returning again!

Great location and perfect for fishermen and family!

Great location easy in and out. About a block to the beach. Boat ramp is two minutes. Easy communication with Amie. Would stay again in a second!

My family really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of room for everyone (12) and it was just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived and the kitchen is well equipped! Thank you and we hope to see you next year.

Weekend Getaway

This house was the perfect place for our weekend trip! Everything was perfect and such a cute house. Check-in and out was super easy and Aime was great if we needed anything. Being right on the inlet was great for fishing and such a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Labor Day Stay

House was perfect for unrelated guests. Just as advertised. Clean and had everything necessary to make use of kitchen.

Somewhat satisfied

The location was great. The house was very cute, but we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness- in particular the sheets and shower curtains in the bathrooms.

I am sorry to hear that, I wish you would have reported that to me so we could have corrected that during your stay. That is usually not a problem as we pride ourselves on being a very clean rental with reviews that support that. Cleanliness is important to us!

House was nice! Good location.

Blinds were broken, so no closing. Beds uncomfortable and very creaky (loud), pots an pans very limited. Frying Pan scratched up didn't want to use. Washer used only hot water. Refrigerator did not stay cold. Freezer froze ice bin so it wouldn't dispense. I am not complaining just telling the things that could be replaced or fixed. Thank you for letting us stay in your house!

I’m sorry to hear you had these issues. The blinds are not broken they are opened and closed, raised and lowered by pushing or pulling on the bottom of the blind as they are wandless blinds. The refrigerator is only 6 months old, if you loosen the ice in the bin it will dispense. I wish you would have let me know you concerns during your stay I would have been happy to help.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and hospitality, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We especially loved the spacious kitchen and dining room. Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this channel side home. The house was very clean and well stocked. Fishing was great off the back dock. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great location and plenty of room

This house worked great for all of our family, children included. We enjoyed our time on the front porch and back porch, and it’s a very quick walk or golf cart ride to the ocean.

Short walk to the beach

The homeowner was very responsive with instructions on checking in and out. The house was very spacious for our group. Plenty of counterspace and a large dining table. There was a table on the back deck also. The location on the canal was nice for fishing. It was a short walk to the beach and only 1-1/2 miles to Cherry Grove Pier.

Great beach vacation!

There is no question: I would utilize this property again. Biggest highlights are definitely the well-stocked kitchen, front and back porch, and fishing from the dock. We even caught one flounder there! Amie was a great host as well. My family enjoyed everything and can't wait to return!

Our Vacation

Great location and the house was good. It says it sleeps 12 but the seating in the den was only for 5 so our family of 9 couldn’t sit together. The outdoor furniture was in need of being replaced. The glass on the table was broken and a couple of us endured cuts from cleaning it until a handyman came and removed it half way through our vacation. Aime was very very nice and we would rent again possibly.

Again I am very sorry about the glass top on the table. When it happened with the renters checking out on Saturday and you guys checking in that afternoon, it was hard to get someone in there till a week day. We are definitely going to have more seating in the den next year as we have realized that is needed! Please come back and stay again.

Late July Stay

It was a great rental that worked wonderfully for our group of 9. Great setup to the house and perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle but only minutes from the beach. Everything is a very quick drive away.
