Your canine friends are welcomed to! Up to 2 pets allowed, MAX WEIGHT LIMIT: 75 lbs. There is a pet fee related to your dogs.
Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, are not permitted. ***Other Breed Restrictions may apply***
Pool Dimensions: 10x30, 3-6 feet deep.
Doorbell cameras are located at the front and patio doors.
Check yourself in with the smart lock.
We will usually be within 20 minutes of the property. Please contact with any issues you have upon your arrival or during your stay.

*No smoking inside property, evidence of smoking in property, you will be charged*

**Your payment method may be charged if you or your guests or pets cause damage or missing items from the property during your stay**

The house has 4 bedrooms each with access to a full bathroom with a tub. Two bedrooms with En suite and the other two with a jack and Jill bathroom.
There are two living rooms. One with TV upstairs and a TV room downstairs.
Beautiful inground saltwater pool with heating option.
Yoga mat with 8lb weights in ground floor room.
Front or back deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Back deck is equipped with a BBQ (propane tank) grill, dinner table and a seating area.
