Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so dark, dingy, rundown and unpleasant that I booked another unit in Ariel Dunes II on Airbnb so that I didn’t have to stay there. I did take advantage of the beach service for one day, though. Thanks.

Lovely Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean and felt like home away from home. It was only just a short 6 minute walk to the beach and it was absolutely wonderful. I will for sure be looking to stay here again.

Overall a nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice room and great location. The pools were great!!! This resort has the easiest check in and out process by far. Loved the access code for door instead of keeping up with key cards. My only complaint was the floors need a good cleaning, my kids feet were black after walking on them after getting there. Also we were charged for our second vehicle for parking when our room slept 6 and we registered the two vehicles. Then they said they would refund it but only refunded part of it. But overall a nice room and a great vacation!!

Decent

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’d stay here again, but it could use some minor updates. Decor, paint, balcony furniture, stuff like that. Would’ve been nice if they provided beach chairs as well. The washer was very noisy also. Paid extra for early check in. We drove from Ohio and they said they’d send the code as soon as it was ready, possibly earlier than the guaranteed time, and had to call for the code at the guaranteed time, which was a little disappointing. We was exhausted, but I understand earlier than the guaranteed time was not a guarantee.

Queen size bed had a double size bed foam topper which was strange!

Ariel Dunes II Unit 605

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not what we were expecting for the price of the rental. The unit needs some work and TLC for sure. Very basic in decorating. The walls had lots of black marks. The ice maker was covered with frozen condensation. The coffee cups were put up dirty. The drain in the kitchen sink could use some bleach. The bathroom paint/wall covering over the shower was cracking and coming down. I never could get the dishwasher to turn on before we left. The mattress was very uncomfortable. On the balcony, there was mildew on the floor and white chairs. The cushions for the chairs were very worn and tearing. We have stayed at Ariel Dunes before and this is not the norm.

Trouble

Reviewer Comments: The bed was trouble,It was a queen bed frame with a regular size mattress.The patio chairs were worn out and nasty .I had to fix the ice maker in the fridge so we could have ice. there were light bulbs missing in both bathrooms,we had to go to Walmart and buy our own bath clothes.and there were no dish cloths.The entire condo needs a complete upgraded.

1 bedroom not the best for a long stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start the bed is a back breaker. Livingroom lacks comfortable seat the balcony furniture is passed its time. The kitchen lacked matching plates side plates etc and proper cooking pans. We purchased our own. Front door and balcony door need to be WIND PROOF.Freezer needs attention. Housekeeping was fine and staff tried to help us out within their ability

Needs updating

La ubicación es excelente, cerca a la playa y el edificio y vista súper nice

Los colchones no son cómodos y el baño se salía el agua de la ducha. Son aspectos por mejorar. Pero si quieres esté muy cerca de la playa es ideal. Nos gusto el alojamiento excepto por esas dos cosas.

Better options available..

Unit was not cleaned very well, TV completely disconnected, blinds to balcony broken, and not a single oven mitt if you plan to cook in the room. This resort is also very noisy! For what I paid to stay here, I just expected more. My son and I will not be returning to Ariel Dunes. However, check in was very easy. I did appreciate that they called to be sure I received all information just wish we had a better experience.
