So happy you enjoyed your stay. I always thought a 4 out of 5 stars was a super good review but people tell me it really brings your ratings down. I’ll take it any day when the guests seem so obviously happy with their stay. I seem to be one of the few hosts that charge neither a security deposit, a cleaning fee, nor a dog deposit. I will try to retain that policy for as long as I can, and continue to welcome lovely people like Amy. Thank you.

I absolutely love it when people care enough about their dogs to focus their vacation around the dog. You and your husband‘s concern for your dog during the Fourth of July was truly touching and I share that as three of my nine dogs definitely got the jitters here in Las Vegas.

The property manager as a phone call or a one minute walk away. Any issues should’ve been addressed immediately with him as he always makes a visit to ensure that people are happy. Any issues David gladly would have addressed as sometimes with a very short turnaround time he is pressed. The cottage was freshly painted after your visit. there was never a futon in there. We are so sorry that your visit was unpleasant. Yes septic systems are hard to deal with and we have just replaced the entire septic system. But it still needs to be treated with love and care as this is an old country property. The fact that we are one of the few properties that allow us multiple dogs because we know that is hard to find sometimes there is residue left from the dogs. Again a simple request by either calling or taking the one minute to walk up to get David he would’ve come down and done his best to make things to your liking.

I am a nutcase for dogs and for people who care enough about their dogs to travel with them. This is why we try to make this lovely spot available to people who travel with their dogs. I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay.
