The dishes and cutlery were not very clean. We found after the first night that the dishwasher was old and not very good. To make sure all of the dishes were clean, we were forced to hand clean them. Also, we were not made aware that we would have such a small number of trash bags for the time we were there. The wifi was also an issue in the basement, theater room, and downstairs bedrooms. Overall it was a great time, but for the price, it definitely could have been better prepared for a group of 11.

However, I am very sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I do wish you had reached out to us during your stay about these issues, as we would have loved the opportunity to address them right away and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Regarding the Wi-Fi: because our property is located in the Smoky Mountains, mountain internet infrastructure can occasionally be unpredictable or spotty, especially in lower levels like basements and theater rooms. While local signal strength is unfortunately beyond our direct control, we always do our best to troubleshoot connections whenever guests let us know there is an issue. We also appreciate your notes about the dishwasher, dishware, and trash bag supplies. We strive to provide a clean and well-stocked environment for all our guests, so we will be inspecting the dishwasher immediately and reviewing our starter amenities for larger groups to ensure future stays are properly prepared. Thank you again for your input, but we would have liked the opportunity while you were there

Cabin was great. A little outdated, especially the hot tub but everything else was great. We had nine family members and could have brought more. Kitchen was great and location was too.

This was an amazing space for us to enjoy time with family. We didn't get to use the hot tub, but the fire pit was great!! The games and theater room inside are all great for gathering and having fun!

The property was very nice. We loved that everyone had privacy on all 3 floors. Location was very good to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Kitchen was fully furnished. We loved the game room and movie theater. It was GREAT to watch our favorite football team. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home

Beautiful quiet cabin! Close to town and a nice drive to get to. Would definitely recommend for families and groups of friends to enjoy!

Great house and we had a great stay

Close enough to the town and an easy travel. House was very comfortable for a party of 10. Incredible view and spacious house

Mountain Vacation

This was the perfect place for a family to vacation in the mountains. The cabin was beautiful and the view was magnificent. It was seemingly secluded yet there were grocery stores, outlet mall and a ton of things to do within 10 miles or less

Beautiful cabin prime location

The cabin is very nice with a great view. Yet close to the Parkway where all the fun is. Virginia, the owner was top notch with communicating and answering any questions promptly. We really enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Property

Cabin was well-kept and has gorgeous views. Close to grocery stores, shops, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. House was well stocked and the owner is extremely communicative and responsive. Would stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

This cabin was the perfect size for our family vacation of 13 people. It was very clean and the views were great. I would recommend this cabin to anybody looking for a truly memorable vacation. Thanks Virgina for allowing us to use your home for the week.

Large Cabin Close To Town

The property was close to town with minimal winding roads. Nicely decorated large, log cabin home that was able to accommodate eight people comfortably.

Beautiful, clean cabin in perfect location

The whole family really enjoyed this stay. The cabin is very close to so much and the drive was super easy, no climbs or scary roads. All house rules and helpful hints are clearly posted throughout the home. The hot tub is super clean and so relaxing. We were able to enjoy Pigeon Forge activities and our time in this lovely home. home. The hot tubhome.

Great mountain vacation

We had a wonderful time at Bucket Dream Lodge. The house is beautiful with great views and plenty to do - The kids loved the game room and movie room. Easy access to all the attractions and the national park. The owner is friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Fabulous vacation home!

All four of us loved being in this idyllic setting and beautiful cabin! The house is spacious and has everything we need. The beds were comfy, the fire pit and hot tub were delightful. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed, when we felt like cooking. It was a superb vacation!
