We truly appreciate your feedback. I am sorry a small towel was inadvertently left behind after cleaning. We would have been happy to send our cleaners back had we been aware of anything more significant.

The cabin was wonderful! In a great location. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was hot, kitchen had all necessary tools for cooking meals. We enjoyed the game loft area. The pool and everyone we met in the resort was great. A few bears visited in the mornings which our grand kids liked seeing. We definitely recommend this home.

The space was large and clean and the location was very convenient. We had everything we needed but having keurig pods provided would have been nice for the first day as we got in at midnight the night before. The beds were very comfortable! Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. It was close enough to activities while being far enough away to provide a peaceful stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the little things the host did to make the stay more comfortable such as providing a few K-cups and laundry pods. The reason I did not give the property five stars is because you could tell it was pet friendly. While it wasn’t exactly dirty, it was obvious pets had stayed there. This isn’t a problem if you are traveling with pets! Our communication with the host was excellent, and overall we would recommend the property.

Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, great for pets-loved the gated back porch. Great location, easy to navigate to attractions and close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Not sure when the 'summer season' starts in TN- would have been nice if the pool was open, it was hot during the day! But all in all, it worked great for family spring break trip.
