The house was beautiful and spacious and was as pictured on the website. The property was gorgeous and had everything that we desired. We will be returning to this exact same spot!!!

Best spot in Wailea. We have stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. This unit has it all. Best view with direct access to the beach and shops.

Our host, Emily, was welcoming, in touch by text well in advance and met us at the property.The accommodations were absolutely beautiful - well decorated, bedding and towels were high quality. Everything about it, was perfect. The view and the grounds were gorgeous.

Family Wailea Vacation

This villa is beautiful! Panoramic views and large rooms make it comfortable for multiple couples - we enjoyed watching whales while having morning coffee. Best location for beaches, restaurants and activities. Staff extremely helpful. Pools are beautiful and grounds lush with plantings. Will definitely come back!

Incredible Support & Comfort

Allison, Luxury Manager from the Coldwell staff, was unbelievably helpful in getting us checked in, and helping to accommodate some special needs for wheelchair storage.The rental itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the listing. The Beach Villas are a stones through from the shore, and the resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.If you are planning a stay on the Kihei/Wailea side, I would recommend this rental.

Home away from home

Thank you for a great stay! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at some pretty nice places before. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and of the laundry appliances. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The view was incredible, we saw the loveliest sunsets from our lanai. The beach was great and so were the pools. I only wish the family pool was closer to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise

We have stayed in Wailea many times and at this property(not this unit) before as well. It was almost perfect with the exception that my wife would like to see bathrobes . Whatever . It was perfect.

Pre-wedding week in Wailea

Our family flew out a week in advance for a wedding we were attending, with events at the Andaz and Makenna Golf and Beach Club. We loved the location of the Wailea Villas, and this unit was nicely furnished and outfitted. Morning coffee on the lanai was a treat! Our family is all over 18, so we appreciated the Adult pool. The villas are perfectly situated on the walking path for lunch and the spa at the Four Seasons and to the Andaz for the Welcome Party. We loved the access to the Shops at Wailea Village too! The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. We will be back!

Beautiful pools, lawn space, beach and service for all. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We loved the exercise, but if stairs are a challenge, getting to and from the beach without cart help may be a challenge. Managers were super helpful and responsive. Beautiful place!

Luxury condo with the best views.

The condo is located right outside the luxury Wailea shopping mall. Every room was outfitted with high end furniture and decor. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Our family felt so at home here. You will not miss the high end hotels because this place offers you everything you need to feel as though you are at a luxury resort at the comfort of home.

We’ve been coming to Maui for over 20 years….best stay ever!!

This was our best experience in coming to Maui in more than 20 years of doing so. When we arrived they met us at the front desk and escorted us to our room. When we walked in we were amazed that it was even nicer than the pictures. They showed us around and explained all the details of how everything worked. First class all the way. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning!! Lots of small details from all the batteries in the candles being fresh to a bag of ice in the freezer to having cleaning pods for the washing machine and a beautiful gift basket of snacks…all the details so we could jump right into enjoying ourselves!!! The staff was amazing and so very pleasant and helpful!! Another nice feature was the parking garage under the building with a private elevator to your room! And the location is incredible.., the Shops of Wailea literally just steps away.., and the beach path is just steps the other way!! The pools and facilities are beautiful. The landscaping is a piece of art!!! A true five star experience all around. We will be back!!

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 stayed here and had a great experience. The condo itself is updated and had everything we needed. Very spacious. Beds were super comfy which is important to me. The views from the lanai are spectacular- 180 degrees of beautiful ocean. Loved having a BBQ as some units do not have them. WBV is very convenient to everything including shopping and walking to all the hotels and other beaches via the beach walk. The only thing i would point out is that this particular unit is in the penthouse (I wasn't familiar with the WBV property when i booked it). The "villas" are closer to the beach and would definitely consider those for more convenience to the beach. Its an uphill walk each time you want to go back to your condo. NOt a deal breaker for us but would explore those options in future...

While we try to make your experience here a special one, we do have many units spread out among the property some of our units might be a little closer to the beach than others, we do hope that the views that each have outweigh the walk back to your unit. Beautiful property and villa, has everything you would need. The location is fantastic with shops and restaurants steps away. Never crowded at the pool (but it was a hike back from the adult pool with many stairs) We had amazing view from our balcony. Great communication day of check in and we were able to secure a late check out (for a fee) in advance. Would definitely stay here again.
