This Family Friendly grand villa sleeps 6-8 people and is fully equipped. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2 are en-suite), fully equipped clean open granite-countered kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dining area that seats 8, living room with high vaulted ceilings, laundry, free wifi, private pool , outdoor shower and abundance of outdoor area for all to enjoy.
The villa is a private single family residence with the master suite on the 2nd level, other bedrooms on the 1st level. All rooms offer new AC units. Large open space for all to enjoy. Outdoor area offers shade and sun throughout the day. There is a grill for your use. An outdoor bar area, seating for dining al fresco and more. Rent a car? There is gated carport (fits 2 cars) with the home.

Fabulous villa

Our stay at this incredible Aruba home was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—close to all the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful and private for total relaxation. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it’s clear the owners take great care in keeping it in top condition.The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, especially around the pool area, which was perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful weather. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, allowing us to settle in and start our vacation without any stress.From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable, cozy bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel right at home. We can’t recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be returning for our next Aruba getaway!

Perfect Aruba family trip, location, home! Skip the hotels!

My wife and I, (early 40's), and twin 10 year old boys had a perfect trip to Aruba staying here. We have never done a VRBO outside of the US, so I was nervous, but after all the research I did about Aruba and looking into the area where this home is located, we decided to go for it... and we could not have been happier. This was the first we'd been to Aruba, and with the prices of all the hotels I decided to look into VRBO and a car rental, and this was absolutely the way to go. For the same price, or less, of the high end hotels we got a gorgeous, spacious home with full kitchen, pool, grill and gorgeous outdoor space. It was only four of us, so the home size was a little overkill for our needs, but this was the type of location we wanted: very quiet, residential, walking distance to QUIET beaches, and the best snorkeling on the island. I seriously cannot say enough about the location. I would say another family of 4, 2A+2C, would have fit comfortably with us. The air conditioning was perfect - you need it in Aruba! The kitchen and outside Weber grill were great: we ate at the house more than we expected because the butcher at Super Foods was so good. The owners were always available, and there is a local contact in case we needed anything, but we didn't. Absolutely recommend and we would stay here again.

Great place, great location

House was clean and well stocked. Room descriptions were accurate. There was 7 or 8 beach chairs, a few masks/snorkles, some fins and several coolers available for use. Pool was a great feature to jump in for a quick cool down. Carlito was the local point of contact and was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommended if you are looking to visit the island.

Family Vacation

Location and house were absolutely spectacular! My husband and I are familiar with the island, but was a first time trip for my parents and adult children and they now know why we keep coming back! House very spacious and pool area stunning with lots of places to relax outdoors. There is a clothesline in back which was an extra bonus. Lots of pool/beach items, but some pretty worn out. Lots of dishes/glasses, but as far as pots/pans to cook with--we were struggling as choices were minimal and quite worn that we didn't want to cook on. No cookie sheets at all, but LOTS of serving platters and accessories. The only other downfall was the water pressure was minimal (which is at a lot of places on the island), but the water temp was only luke warm for showers. Not a deal breaker, but just be aware. Carlitos was very friendly upon check in/out (fortunately didn't need to contact him during our stay). And John/Vilma were wonderful to interact with and quite responsive. Thank you sooo much for sharing your home in paradise with us! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Until next time :)

Amazing Snorkeling

The property was perfect for our vacation. We walked to snorkel and saw tons of sea life including puffer fish, turtles and several different fish. It was beautiful. California lighthouse is very close and several shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. The pool and outside areas were wonderful to just relax and enjoy the warm weather. The house itself is spacious and has most everything you need.

Best Snorkeling

Quick walk to Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina, we walked with our snorkel gear daily. Very popular snorkeling spot, especially for green turtles. Not close to many shops or restaurants (quiet) so it will be a trek if you want to eat out or shop. Place is older/needs update but was clean, free of sand, and plenty large enough for our party of 5.

Dream vacation in Aruba

Property was better than advertised- lots of attention to detail - plenty of towels, linens, dishes and everything you need in the very spacious house Close to top notch beaches with snorkeling, swimming and all beach activities Beautiful mural on the wall behind the amazing pool Very accommodating to our one year old grandson providing a high chair and pack and play Would definitely recommend the house

Amazing house, great location!

Highly recommend - the house is well appointed, clean and location is perfect! Walking distance to best beaches in Aruba. Owner and property manager are very responsive. We will rent this home again!! Outside pool area is perfect after long days at beach!!

Great house 2-4 minutes from Aruba’s Best

A wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood within just a few minutes walk to some of the best snorkeling in Aruba, this house had it all: comfortable lodging; well stocked and a beautiful garden, patio and pool. We loved it!

Great time with Friends

There were 3 couples that stayed at the home. We had a great vacation. The home was a good home base. We enjoyed walking to Tres Trapi and snorkeling with the turtles. We explored most all of the island. The beach chairs and towels are appreciated. We also spent some time in the pool.

Fantastic Experience

After searching many properties, I decided on this one, and I was more than pleased! Perfectly appointed and had everything you could possibly need. All of the beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of their own space and privacy. The outdoor area was exceptional- with a private pool that we spent countless hours in. The neighborhood is beautiful, and with Arashi Beach just around the corner, you couldn't ask for a better location. So happy to have made such great memories with my family in this beautiful home!

Lovely home in a great location!

The home was lovely. Lots of space for the six of us. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature to relax in. Large kitchen and dining area worked out very well. The location … especially if you enjoy snorkeling … was wonderful. So many great spots within walking distance! Just a short drive to so many wonderful restaurants and grocery stores were easy to find. We’re from the US and while we love Aruba & try to visit often this was our first VRBO experience there.. It worked out really well and we wouldn’t hesitate renting this home again.

Fantastic home

This is a really nice home and was perfect for our family! 4 adults and 2 children - We enjoyed our stay!! The layout of the home and pool is very good! The owners John and Vilma were very attentive and accessible! We appreciated their help and getting information for us, when all of Malmok had the water turned off for several hours! We had our son’s wedding that afternoon and we really appreciated how they kept us updated! We all got showers and was a beautiful day! Thank you John and Vilma!

1st time in Aruba

We had a wonderful time in Aruba and had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home. Location was perfect and listing is exactly as described. Met with Carlitos and he gave us a tour of the home. Homeowners gave great instructions prior to arrival and were very responsive to any questions. We felt at home in the house and on the island. Looking forward to returning to Aruba next year and would love to stay in this home again. This was one of the best islands we have visited from actitivies offered, to the natural beauty, to the hospitality felt by everyone we encountered during our 10 days on the island. Beautiful location

Wonderful first experience as a family vacation to Aruba. The privacy of this place was lovely. We didn’t want to be near the chaos of the high rise hotels and hustle and bustle. Arashi beach was our favorite for sand umbrella and relaxation with the food shack there as well. They actually had very nice waves there to crash Into. We snorkeled and both boca Catalina and tres trapi and the kids all got to see sea turtles . Wonderful fish. The one thing I thought would be helpful not related to the property is having a vehicle that had GPS otherwise you use your phones everywhere . Also we found Aruba doesn’t label many streets . So it was surely an adventure traveling. We did have a toilet that had issues running and it took a few days to fix . But otherwise great. I did find some of the other smaller local grocery stores closer to the home to be easier and cheaper. The superfood store was quite expensive. A don’t forget those water shoes with the rocks …..

When we saw this house and realized how close it is to the beaches, we were SOLD! Boca Catalina and tres Trapi was only a 2 minute walk ... We would be able to grab our towels and go!
