Hi , Thank you for your review and comments. Unfortunately, Aruba is generally very windy and dusty at this time of year, which is beyond our control. Regarding the pool service, I believe you may have overlooked the details provided in the welcome note. The note contains important information about the house and your stay in Aruba, including the specific day and time the pool service is scheduled to visit.It also clearly provided information as to the amenities provided which would have helped you to plan better . But I do understand with vacation mode sometimes one does not pay much attention to the emailed welcome note that I try to send in advance to help improve the guests experience We always try our best to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciate your understanding of these circumstances. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thx Debbie thx for your input unfortunately your checkin was too early 12 instead of 4 pm and the cleaning crew gets overwhelmed with the prior guest who left an hour later without any extra charges and moving luggage’s around while cleaning overwhelms the crew who do a great cleaning job so I just let them have that as extra tip for them.thx for being a great guest .

Thx Christine and bill and liz and Dan you guys are amazing guests . You treated my house as your own and kept is so clean . I would love to have you back . Hope you guys got the well deserved rest that you all needed . There are at least 30 towels in the almariah in the garage you should have asked richard and he would have told you - you are such nice people never asked for anything special next time we will make it even more amazing for you . Excellent guests to have and I recommend them highly to anyone who rents to them. Of course if you are coming to aruba you are coming to my place nicest people .
