Comfortable apartment very close to shopping and restaurants in Coconut Grove. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Would stay here again if in the area.

Great place. We love staying at the Arya. This efficiency fit our needs perfectly this trip. Small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and plenty of utensils and dining dishes. Room is spacious and comfortable. Room for even my daughter to hang at around when she came over. Beautiful view. Host was friendly & responsive. Highly recommended

Affordable stay

We found this location affordable for a conference we had at the nearby Ritz Carlton. There was nothing spectacular with the stay but definitely worth the price versus staying at the Ritz.

Great place and great access

Beautiful place to stay and great walking distance to everything in coconut grove. Beautiful views and lots of personal touches you don’t see in a normal hotel room. Pool was great as well.

We were in town for a wedding and only wished we stayed longer . Quiet room with gorgeous views of the harbor . Pristine salt water pool was a bonus !

You can park in the onsite secured garage or rent a bicycle close by or walk, bike, jog, sail or go yachting. I fell in love with Miami on a work assignment and with Coconut Grove and the Sonesta. The condo views (described as the "best views in Miami") and the resort, with its wonderful amenities and staff, are the BEST!
