The room was perfect for what my husband and I needed (snacks included). The bed was comfy, and there was an amazing fluffy blanket that wasn’t too warm for the weather. The Inn is in a great spot to walk around the city for coffee shops, and other cute small businesses.

Hosts were great. Location is excellent. The shower was small and the washer and dryer was not readily available but overall a very cozy property with good amenities.

What a lovely room. It was quaint, comfy, quiet, and within walking distance to so much, including the Newport Aquarium where I attended my niece’s wedding. Terri and Jeff are wonderful hosts, and Terri was there when my code didn’t work. The room had wonderful A/C during a couple of seriously humid days, and the bed was so comfortable. I can’t wait to return.

I enjoyed my stay and Jeff was great! There was a little issue with the entry because of an old number but Jeff corrected it quickly. The room wss very clean except for a faint smoking cigarette smell but overall it was great. Comfortable bedding, very quiet and great location right across the bridge from cincinatti and plenty of restaurants and stores locally. I would stay again.

Thank you Darrell, we appreciate you staying with us and the feedback. Unfortunately, a few days earlier, a guest broke the rules and smoked in that room. We deep cleaned and ran an ozone machine, but something must have lingered. Our apologies!

Great place. Great area. Have stayed here a number of times. The Newport Inn will always be our first choice when coming to the area.

What a gem! Was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was spacious. The bar was beautiful to stop in before oour event and have a drink. We met the hosts and they were super friendly. Definitely would stay here again over picking a hotel room!

Cozy Inn, great location
Very clean, very comfortable, very helpful host, the best alternative to the boring box hotels.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the Farmer's Market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

This building is in a historic district that was very colorful (gambling, strip clubs, etc.). Revitalizing the area is so exciting! Newport has amazing restaurants, great bourbon places, and craft beer! Everyone is loving the new king size beds!
