Located at 634 Monmouth St., our new studio apartment in our little boutique hotel, is 3 blocks to the Northern Kentucky riverfront (Newport on the Levee), or a 20 minute walk to downtown Cincinnati/ REDS games. Surrounded by great restaurants, nightlife, and, family activities. Close to aquarium, stadiums, shopping. Two music venues added; Ovation and Icon.
You’ll love the ambiance, the outdoors space, the lively neighborhood, the people! It will all give you a historic perspective of this quaint town!

A large screened porch with comfy furniture and eating area. We are always a phone call away, but we are often at our boutique, Urban Chick (part of the building), and we live only 5 minutes away. As a guest, receive 20% off all purchases at Urban Chick Boutique! Also, a new wine and bourbon bar in the boutique.
We concentrate on cleanliness, great beds and great bathrooms. As well as extraordinary service!

Our favorite place to stay in Newport, KY

Great location clean & well-stocked room. Close to everything you want to do in Cincinnati/Newport KY. Had an issue with our TV but was taken care of so quickly. Bed is very comfortable bathroom is spacious. Great price for what you get. Will definitely stay here over & over again.

This was such a cute and cozy studio. Great for a quick stay. The property was clean and so charming. It was easy to access and closed to shopping and downtown Cincinnati. The manager gave great details on how to get to the property. I enjoyed my stay will stay again.

We booked this for a concert that got canceled and still had a great time because this place is so close to so many place to do things. Will be back when the concert is re-scheduled.

In town for a concert

We loved the property. Urban Chick was a fun stop before we walked to the concert. We loved the location, and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was a completely enjoyable stay! Check in and out was super simple too. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful area and wonderful studio!

Check in was easy, communication was great! Clean and comfortable property. They let us know exactly where we could park and gave clear instructions for check out. I’d love to stay here again!

A great experience!

We loved staying here. We were in town for the Kentucky Historic Preservation Conference and it seemed perfect to stay in a historic building. The old bricks and tin ceilings were well preserved and blended well with the modern amenities. The room was spotless and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Newport getaway

Found the private parking and the checkin process was ez. Had a very enjoyable time with the Surly Girl bartender and walked to the Newport Landing which had a live band and lots of refreshments. Walked back and enjoyed the Newport Pizza Co for dinner. Next morning we walked around the corner to the Reservoir Bike Coffee shop before heading up to explore small towns in Cincy.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

This 300 sqft Studio has a kitchenette, new Serta Queen iComfort bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just a few blocks from the Ohio River, we are located right in the heart of the historic district in a beautiful turn of the century building. If you would also like to experience the big city, a walk or carriage ride to downtown Cincinnati creates a whole new dimension. The end result is a luxurious stay, which combines the best of both worlds.... and free parking!!!
