Located at 634 Monmouth St., this historic building was built in the 1880's.
This first floor studio apartment, in our little boutique hotel, is 3 blocks to the Northern Kentucky riverfront (Newport on the Levee), or a 20-minute walk to downtown Cincinnati/ REDS games. Surrounded by great restaurants, nightlife, and family activities. Close to aquarium, stadiums, shopping.
Two newer music venues recently added: MegaCorp and Brady, both within walking distance!!
You’ll love the ambiance, the outdoors space, the lively neighborhood, the people! It will all give you a historic perspective of this quaint town!
Free Parking! Parking lot is located at 634 Orchard St, directly behind the inn. This unit has one spot only!

Such a cool place! Immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. The exposed brick and original tin ceiling added so much character and charm. We want to come back and stay longer to explore the neighborhood.

This was an amazing place! Super cute, and super easy to find. Jeff gave detailed instructions for parking that were so easy to follow. The bar connected was adorable and everyone was so welcoming! Truly the perfect place to stay.

Amazing little spot, convenient parking, and minutes from where we needed to be. We were in town for a concert at a Riverbend! Hotels in the area were outrageously priced. This was perfect for what we needed!

The absolute perfect spot for a couples weekend getaway for a Reds game. We loved how walkable it was to the stadium and local restaurants.

We only stayed for 1 day for the cubs vs reds. But the place was really close to the stadium we just walked and the place was clean and food recommendations were excellent.

The location was perfect to access all we wanted to do in Newport. Host recommendations of restaurants such as Press turned out to be wonderful. Apartment was perfect for two. The place was cozy comfortable and very cool. It was quiet until the later morning hours when noise from above was pretty loud from what sounded like someone moving furniture. But it did not affect us as we did not sleep in. Great place! We would stay again!

Very clean, neat, perfect little cozy spot for a getaway. Nice little old town feeling neighborhood with plenty to explore & do within walking distance, definitely recommend.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.
