This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo features king-size beds. There is a white noise machine in each bedroom. There are 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower.

The living room has two nice rocker recliners. There is a large flat screen TV with Cable. We have a DVD Player with movies included.

There are games under the living room TV that you can enjoy on the large enclosed porch.

The newly remodeled, large enclosed sun room provides additional space and offers games for relaxation after a busy day on the lake or other Branson activities.

Enjoy a family dinner in this fully stocked kitchen. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and bar.

It is located at Emerald Pointe Gated Community and in the Crown Jewel of Table Rock Lake.

Relax by the outdoor swimming pool or enjoy a game of shuffleboard at the clubhouse by the condos. A Handicap Pool Lift is available.

There is another clubhouse up the hill that is on Crescent Dr that includes a terrific view of Table Rock Lake from the outdoor pool. The tennis court is right next to the pool. There is a nice fitness room, meeting rooms, areas to hang out and enjoy the nice lake views. There are two bathrooms with showers.

We have a boat launch on site and a courtesy dock.

Our on site marina offers a courtesy dock, boat rental and storage. The marina also provides fishing licenses, tackle and guide service. Enjoy water sports and some of the best bass fishing in the world. Just minutes away from all of Branson attractions.

Emerald Pointe residents and guests can indulge themselves with all the comforts of the boating lifestyle, with just a click of a button your vessel will be launched and moored dockside waiting for your arrival. They will also prep your vessel with fuel, beverages, and ice for a day of fun on the water. Upon your return, your vessel will receive a wash from the rub rail down. Keep that added peace of mind knowing your boat is in professional hands. No worries or headaches, enjoy your stay, leave the hard work to them. They also offer a Marina Store with beverages, snacks, ice and more.

If you are bringing a boat and/or trailer of any kind, you will need to store the boat and the trailer offsite, such as at Branson Bay Marina or Jerrys Boat and Mini Storage. Contact them for all details.

Absolutely NO TRAILER PARKING is allowed in the parking lot of the marina (per Branson Bay Marina rules) or in the parking lot in the condominium complex (per COA rules). Any trailer will be towed at the expense of the guest. Please heed the signs that are posted on the resort property to comply with the COA rules.

Children and pets shall be supervised at all times. (Note: This is an association rule, our property does not allow pets.)

Children are not permitted to climb on rock walls.

Fireworks are not permitted in the Emerald Bay Yacht Club complex at any time.

The maximum speed limit is 15 miles per hour within the complex. Watch for pedestrians including children playing.

Excessive noise and boisterous behavior within the unit and in the common areas is prohibited.

Use of charcoal grills is prohibited.

The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

If any fines are imposed due to violations of the association rules and regulations or government regulations by any guests, the guest who made the booking agrees to cover the fine, which may exceed $500.

As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

Emerald Bay Yacht Club (COA) and Emerald Pointe (Master POA) are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

This was a great place to stay. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. It was a quiet area away from the hustle of Branson. It was super easy to find. It is in a beautiful gated community. I highly recommend you use the option to scan your licenses plate to enter the property. It made it so much easier. The property manager, Kim, is absolutely one of the best at communicating with you.

Nice spot!

The condo is nice and clean. The kitchen is a little tight, but did the job! Well stocked with dishes and utensils. The location was great! Easy to get to Sight and Sound for the show, but also close to the lake. Family stayed in a condo nearby. The only thing we had any trouble with was figuring out the code to get through the gate. I missed the email in my junk mail, so I wish there had just been a code listed with the house code and wifi passwords. Other than that, no complaints!

Really nice property.

The location of the property was perfect. It was clean and very well stocked. A little noise due to construction in the unit above us but they quit at a good time. The only issues I had was a personal one. I have issues with my joints. The tubs, especially in the master bath were hard to get in and out of. Grab bars would really help. Also if you are looking for a gated community, this isn’t one. The security bar going in is up all the time. All in all, this is a very nice rental and I enjoyed my stay.

Peaceful Getaway

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room to relax. Especially enjoyed the sun room overlooking the woods and the lake. Easy access from parking to condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Short getaway

Beautiful condo!! Lots of room, very comfortable supportive beds, and three bathrooms also. It was absolutely perfect. The recliners were a godsend as our brother in law requires one to rest. We cooked and looked out at the lake and enjoyed relaxing besides taking in attractions in Branson. Good time!

The inside of the condo could be a little cleaner. The view of the lake is blocked by trees, so there is no view in this unit.

The Branson Getaway

The process from beginning to end was extremely easy and there were no surprises. We got the space we were expecting and the location was wonderful. I did notify the owner of some roofing being done during our stay and Kim was prompt in her response. Overall a great experience and I would definitely utilize this condo in the future!

Nice, but a few problems.

Overall this is a nice condo with nice furnishings, however when we arrived, first thing that greeted us was a notice on the front door warning us not to use the screened in porch deck as it apparently was in danger of collapse, and that if we stepped out there we would be responsible for damage. We missed are usual morning coffee and reading on the deck. Next, we were told there were ceiling fans in all the rooms, but there were actually only two fans in total, one in the living room and master bedroom of this three bedroom unit. Lastly, ( having visited Branson almost yearly for the last 40 some years), this is the first condo we rented that before we left , the beds had to be stripped, all linens collected and and washed, and if time permitted to be dried. This policy appears to be part of the conditions of the security deposit return agreement. In closing, I will say that the Emerald Point area has been our favorite location on the lake to stay during our visits to the Branson area.

The good...1) 3 bdr and overall space 2) boat slip and quiet clean dock 4) sun room spacious and provided area for kids 5) mattress replacements very comfortable 6) furnishings The bad... 1) EXTREMELY noisy from unit above no soundproofing 2) uncomfortable bed pillows 3) trailer parking fee not represented in the listing 4) front room bath tub didn’t drain We would stay there again. Wonderful place for spending time with family!

It was just perfect! The condo was so well stocked. We only needed to bring our food. The update and decor were very well done. We look forward to staying there again.

Recently redecorated and very nice. Very convenirnt for older persons... few steps

This property was very well decorated and homey. The lay out was ideal for our group of six as we socialized played some of the provided games and enjoyed many sporting events on the great TVs. The heating system worked quietly and efficient and we enjoyed very quiet nights for good sleeping. Parking was right in front of the condo and the condo was very clean and well supplied..

Very nice condo with easy access to the lake!

Great Weekend in Branson

The condo was well maintained and nicely furnished. It was very clean and appreciated the popcorn snack the crew left for us. Had another couple stay with us and the condo was large enough we had are own space (there is another bedroom so could have easily accommodated another couple). Kitchen had everything we needed and enjoyed the view from the screened in porch. Conveniently located near the grocery store in Hollister, State Park Marina and Big Cedar/Top of the Rock. Great place to rent.
