The interior is simply terrific, a proper Greek style decorated with soft colors, where white dominates together with touches of pastel colors perfectly married with the local architecture, particular from this island.

Maison Nica offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 8 people, where 2 guests can sleep on a sofa bed.

Maison Nica offers also a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely living room and a dining area, as well as an internal Jacuzzi.

The entire estate is elegant and luxurious with a particular attention to details of comfort and privacy. All the Suites feature free wi-fi, A/C, Sat-TV, outdoor furniture and much more.

This luxurious retreat is located at about 4 km from Vlychada beach, a small picturesque marina, while the ancient city of Akrotiri is located 10 km away, and the archaeological site of Ancient Thira is only a 15 km drive.

Fira Town, the capital of the island, is 13 km away, where the airport and the main port, are 14 km and 11 km respectively.

The area is famous for its impressive lunar landscape, with natural alabaster-carved cliffs that stretch all over the perimeter. The promenade of Vlychada and its beach is among the most beautiful on the island and and also frequented by nudists.

Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation; final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: 15:00 Checkout: 10:00
A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The rate includes daily maid service.
