Sand Pebbles A30 is a 2 BR/2 BA updated oceanfront condo. It is a 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Sand Pebbles is an 86-unit well-maintained complex with a private beach access, lifeguard stand nearby and two private pools. You will enjoy oceanfront and pool views from the large covered private balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises and crashing waves only a few steps away. WE DO PARTIAL WEEK RESERVATIONS ALL YEAR LONG and 10% discount 7 nights or more. Message owner for long-term off-season rentals.

Please note: Sand Pebbles does not have an elevator.

The entire unit has hardwood floors. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with extended cable and Roku streaming for any subscription-based services that you have i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc.

The fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has cookware needed for family cooking. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for four is available at the bar.

The master bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed with its own private bath and smart TV with extended cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, smart TV with extended cable. A queen-size sofa sleeper is available in the living area for additional guests. Linens are provided and beds are made up before your arrival. A full guest bathroom is available for everyone. Two-car limit covered parking is available.

During the summer season May 23 - Sep 1, we have contracted with a local beach gear rental company to provide two lounge chairs and umbrella for our guests. They will be set up at 9:00 am and picked up at 5:00 pm each day. You can enjoy the beach in the Carolina sun and take a break with a little shade.

Our condominium is our personal condo. We have kitchen supplies, high speed wireless internet access, dvds, books, beach chairs, and toys available for your use. All of the furniture and appliances are well maintained. There is a high top patio table set and additional seating outside on the private balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the ocean.

Directly across the street is Uncle Vinnie's Pizza, and The Spot Bar & Grill. Within 2 blocks of the condo is Butts n Such, Fun Time Ice Cream, ocean front Tiki Bar and a convenient store. A mile away is CB Boardwalk, CB Lake, summer season rides, many restaurants, shops, pubs, and of course, Britt's donuts. During the summer months, live music and fireworks every Thursday evening at the Boardwalk and Sunday family movie night at the lake.

Explore family friendly attractions at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Civil War Museum, two fishing piers, and a drive in beach access at Freeman Park.

Wilmington is a 20 minute drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Location, location, location. walkable to everywhere. As well as, this condo was spotless, much more than some of the hotels we have previously stayed at. There were snacks and drinks available for us. The views were wonderful. Would highly recommend this rental.

Peaceful escape to Carolina Beach

The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again.

VRBO 1055280 - A great rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was spotless and we felt at home right away. We appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked with dishes, spices, and coffee. (You may want to highlight the coffee maker has a Keurig.) Our only suggestions are in the room with the twin beds - connect the ceiling light with the wall switch and add a curtain over the blinds. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect beach location

This is such a charming condo and it really couldn’t have been in a better location. There’s an on site private beach access that will take you about 3-5 minutes from the time you walk out the door to the time your toes hit the sand. The owners provide everything you need for a beach trip (chairs, toys, and boogie boards) not to mention an umbrella and another pair of chairs during the season for use daily. It’s across the street from beach grills and pizza shops and just up the road from the grocery stores too. Check in was a breeze and there’s good coffee and a covered deck with views of the ocean to enjoy the sunrise. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Enjoy your stay in the future, we’ll be back ourselves too.

Checking in

On the day I arrived, I still could not find the email from VRBO with check in information. It turned out the reservation was made with an email address that I know longer used and couldn’t access. I was able to contact the owner and they texted me the code to get in quickly and was very friendly. The place was also great. Lots of beach equipment to use.

Pleasant Surprise

We really enjoyed this rental. Lots of things sometimes not found in other rentals such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper - which was very thoughful. The view of the beach from the balcony was great. Easy and private beach access definitely a plus. Overall we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely look to rent this property again.

Well-Equipped Condo

The building has obviously been there for a while and has had its share of leaks, DIY upgrades, etc. However, it was well-equipped with everything necessary to cook full meals and enjoy a day on the beach. We were very comfortable for the long weekend and enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from the balcony.

Great location

This was our second time staying here in 2 years. We love the location, steps from the beach. Perfect size for our family, has everything we need and an fun walk to the boardwalk for food and entertainment.

Would stay again

The condo was very comfortable and included everything you could possibly need. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Far enough from the boardwalk for quiet, but still a short distance if you like to visit. The covered balcony has great views of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Family beach vacation with older children.

The condo has a great location as it is on the beach and in walking distance to boardwalk and many restaurants. Having the umbrella set up on the beach every day was a great addition! We didn’t have to worry about finding a spot and it was right at the end of walkway to beach. It is on 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. The bathrooms are dated and toilets are small and sit low. The beds are not very comfortable even my children complained. Older child (20) opted to sleep on couch instead of twin bead. Kitchen has everything you would need. Overall location made it worth while stay. People were all very nice we encountered.

Great place for adults, teens, and younger kids :)

Great place to stay whether you're traveling with adults, teens, or younger kids. The condo is super clean, and the building was relatively quiet during our stay. (No rowdiness). Great location very close to the private beach access and a nice 15-minute stroll to the boardwalk, ferris wheel, and other amusements. The hosts were very attentive, leaving nice touches like a basket of snacks :) But the best, in my opinion, was the beach umbrella set up daily from 9-5 and included with the rental - NICE :)

Schools out

The condo had everything we needed. I recommend packing beach towels as we did. The one time I forgot our Over the door travel hooks is when I could’ve used them, but there are some hooks on the back bathroom door . We loved the beach umbrellas set up for us. There were chairs available to use at the condo balcony. Cute vibe almost like a courtyard overlooking pool. Only disappointing part was someone had thrown up in the pool so we couldn’t enjoy it. We weren’t there long enough to ask about the other pool & preferred the beach anyway, so fortunately it didn’t really matter that much to us. The owner was very accessible, and if we had wanted to stay a little bit longer on the beach after checkout, we could have. The kitchen had everything we could need. It was a nice short walk to the beach & The fireworks we walked to as well.

Super location

Loved the relatively quiet beach while being close to popular activities and walking distance to restaurants. Three flights of stairs a worthwhile challenge for us but not a good idea for anyone with ambulatory problems. This property had everything we needed plus some! A bit dated but very comfortable.

Clean property/close to the beach

This property was clean with a cozy, home feel. stocked with amenities such as coffee, snacks, laundry detergents, cleaning supplies. My children enjoyed the assortment of beach toys and floats and my husband and I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. A wonderful family-friendly property in beautiful Carolina Beach, NC.

1st time to Carolina Beach - 5/26/24-6/1/24

Once we arrived at the condo on Sunday, we didn't realize how many steps to the 3rd floor (elderly people, no go) and bringing all our stuff up and down all week was a bit of a pain. Inside the condo smelled cleaned when we arrived but some things could have been cleaned a little better (no biggie, I cleaned it up before taking a shower with hair, dirt and a dirty washcloth still left in the main bathroom). Carolina Beach was very laid back and definitely great for older people with no kids or younger kids. Teenagers had nothing to do besides the boardwalk so they drove to MB. Communication by the host was delayed response by 2 hours on check in day and over 12 hours on check out day. Overall, we liked the place and location but all the stairs, lack of communication, and expensive we will probably not visit CB again.

Sand Pebble 30 A

This condo was the cutest, and so clean. The owner made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed. And it was a great location because we could just walk across the street or up the street a little bit to eat out. Very nice location, very nice condo, and so immaculate. Highly recommend.

Great location & well equipped

My friend and I decided to do a get away together and found this condo. It was pretty affordable compared to other options and in a good location. I liked being a little further away from the boardwalk but also very easy bike ride. Great restaurant and ice cream spot right across the street. It was nice to have a view of the ocean from the balcony. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was nice to not have to run out to grab zip lock bags or spices to cook a basic meal or prepare a snack! The only thing I did not realize was the beach chair and umbrella service does not start until May 24. If you are coming before then there are 2 useable beach chairs, the other one seemed to be broken & you will have to rent an umbrella. They come by on the beach throughout the day so they are easy to rent. Tonys is $15 / day, pleasure island is $20/ day! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday!
