Great house, just perfect for our trip. Check-in was smooth, the host was very helpful and the house is located closely to downtown. We will book this residence again if we ever are in the area. Highly recommend.

I took my parents, my brother, sister-in-law and nephew on a weekend getaway to Eureka Springs. This house was the perfect place for our family gathering. It’s a short walk and even shorter drive to the historic downtown and very close to all of the best restaurants and excursions. The house is beautiful, clean, cozy and spacious enough for a group. It enabled us to spend real quality time together as a family. The owner was fast to respond when needed to extremely accommodating whenever we needed something. Out of 5 stars I give this listing a 10!! THANK YOU

The property was clean and well stocked with all the needed toiletries and items needed for a week long stay with family, including coffee and filters provided. The beds were very comfortable with all sizes and kinds of pillows. The property is located close enough to the central part of the community so you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Off street parking is available for 3 SUV’s (medium size).

Great location. Very private and quiet, but still very close to all the shops on Spring St. It was the perfect getaway for us and the house had everything we needed!

Our host was very welcoming and responsive to inquiries made ahead of our stay. The check in process was super easy and we loved the location in relationship to the attractions we wanted to experience.

I needed a place to stay with less than twenty four hours notice and I’m soooo glad I found this one. It was perfect for what I was looking for, the home was clean, in a great location and the host was one of the most responsive, kind and helpful I’ve ever had.

This was a really great location and home! I travelled for Christmas with my spouse and my kids and their partners. The host had a small Christmas tree up and we enjoyed that touch. I would love to stay here again!

This rental was exactly as listed. We enjoyed having the off street parking, and the big space to relax in. Communication with the host was fantastic, we contacted her with a question and that evening the local representative was at our door! Only thing I would suggest is to have dining seating for 4-6 (as there are 3 bedrooms), instead of just for two. We ate in the living room as we couldn’t eat together any other place, it was too cold to eat on the deck. This place is close to downtown and local restaurants, which are really good! I would recommend it for couples.

Thanks so much for your fabulous review! We absolutely would love to have more seating...however space simply doesn't allow for it. We do have a folding table and 6 chairs to set up in the living room if needed. If we had built the home instead of renovating a historic home....we definitely would've accommodated seating for 6. Most of our renters either eat on the amazing deck, or eat at our wonderful restaurants. Welcome back anytime! Lisa

We had such a great girls weekend at this cute little cabin close to downtown. It’s very nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen and all the rooms had comfy king size beds. The host was so accommodating and very quick with responding. We will definitely be back thank you for sharing your house with us

Great location

We stayed historic main during the Eureka Springs Jeep Jam and loved it! The property was very spacious and comfortable plus it has an amazing location!
