The Space:
Please read this entire listing before booking. It is essential that you read the details to ensure that this property will meet your expectations. Please make sure the amenities that you expect are listed.
We do allow dogs with the following rules: Dogs are not allowed upstairs, the flooring on the stairs and the second floor is not pet friendly. We do have a gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep dogs downstairs. They must be on current, veterinarian prescribed flea and tick medicine. When left unattended they must be crated. Any zoomies left in the mowable part of the yard must be picked up. We do not allow dogs in the beds or on the furniture.

The fireplace inside is non-functioning. We do have a propane firepit on the patio for you to use, and we provide the propane.
Coffee - Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.
6 Person Maximum occupancy*
50% deposit due at time of booking, and the balance due will be processed automatically 30 days prior to arrival. (100% may be due at time of booking when using 3rd party booking agents and not directly through our website).
Pet Friendly – Direct approval required before booking. $50/pet/stay (2 pets maximum/50 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $150 plus the required pet fee.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.
*Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.
Guest Access:
You enter into a two story great room with a gas fireplace in the living room and a beautiful well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a beautiful large granite island that seats 6. The kitchen was designed with the cook in mind. A 2 door and 2 drawer refrigerator, 5 burner gas range with center cast iron griddle and double ovens. There is a large double bowl apron front farm sink as well as a dishwasher. Complete the appliances with a built in microwave and coffee maker. You are ready to prepare a feast.
On this main level are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Also, on this level is a closet housing the stacked washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a loft entertainment area overlooking the great room and the Master Suite.
The Neighborhood:
Be awe inspired from high up overlooks to the secluded lush hollow. This is a large property on Beaver Lake, the only neighbors you could have a good chance of seeing are of the furry and feathered variety. With plenty of deer, rabbits, squirrels, fox, bald eagles, geese and other birds and the Ozarks being home to many animal species, you never know what you might see while exploring our miles of private hiking trails. To the West takes you along Beaver Lake frontage and to the East you will find cliffs, caves, springs, waterfalls and creeks. This is truly a gem tucked away in the Ozarks.
Getting Around:
With the private hiking or biking trails, gourmet kitchen, grand view we do not see a reason to leave. If you choose to explore the area we are only a short drive away!

The drive to Lawson's Lost Hollow is incredibly scenic. This drive is a steep gravel road. We discourage low riding sports cars. We highly discourage motorcycles because of the terrain. A high clearance AWD or four wheel drive vehicle is recommended and four-wheel drive in inclement weather is necessary.
Other Things to Note:
There is wifi, streaming services available on the Roku interface (with your own account)
As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
To ensure safety and security, video cameras are installed on the exterior of the premises. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
