Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Come stay in this deluxe 2 story 5 bedroom 4 bath townhome. Located on North Padre. Only a short drive to the beach .. Several restaurants in the area. The resort has a great kids pool and playground and a large family pool.
Private sitting area outside with a grill. Home has cable tv and internet along with its own full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Amazing day!

We walked into a home that was clean and beautiful. We were here to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and he just loved the house and the Location and even said it was his first best birthday ever. Elaine was an amazing host and made sure that we had everything we needed when staying at her home. it was very close to restaurants, bait shops and fishing locations! We all look forward to coming back soon!

Great Place for a Family Trip

We loved the space- there was plenty of room for our group and it was very comfortable. We loved the pool too. We were close enough to the beach to have a great time there and we enjoyed the other attractions in the area like the USS Lexington and a dolphin watching tour.The only negative things were that the house was not very clean - especially the floors. There is mold growing in some rooms near the ceiling. And the upstairs king bed needs a mattress pad.

Great place for a multi-family stay

We enjoyed the two rooms with multiple bunk beds for all the kids and the three additional rooms for the 3 adult couples. Only minutes from the beach and several good restaurants. Host was quick to communicate when needed. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Get Away Trip

Very nice property. Close to beach. Pool was clean and we had a great time at the pool and the beach. The property manager was very attentive to any concers that came up.

Great Location/Space

My family and I had a great time here.... Plenty of space to accommodate my big family. Pool area is awesome and easy access to get to the beach. Elaine was great and available when we needed her. Definitely gonna come back!

GREAT VACATION

AWESOME experience, the townhouse was close to the beach. There was TVs and ceiling fans in EVERY room. The BASEBOARDS and FLOORS were very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Elaine was a GREAT host. My family has RENTED from her many times and have never been disappointed. We will definitely be back next year. Swimming pool and play area for the children is the best on the island. Thanks again Elaine

This is our second time staying at this place and we wont staying here again in the future

The house is dirty like they havent clean at all. Even the bathroom sink got hair on them. And all the the air vent is dripping water. And the washer is not working properly the cloths is still super wet after it been wash and the door is lock until you unplug and plug it back in to reset also the grill outside is rusted and old . And there's a cockcroach under the bed . And when we try to compain to the owner. They always have an excuse and think that we're lying. We wont stay here again . It will be our last time after this experience.

Overall a solid vacation spot

Overall this is a nice property. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were decently comfortable. The property itself is great. Very nice pool with a small kiddy pool and a playground. Very close to several restaurants. There's no way you're walking to the beach though, as the property is on a major road. But there's plenty of beach parking. The description is a little inaccurate. The listing shows the bunk room as having two twin bunks each with a trundle for six beds total. There's only one trundle, so it's actually five. And the room is so small that the trundle, if pulled out completely, is pressed up against the other bunk. So there's no way to step over the trundle. And that trundle mattress was pretty janky, especially compared to the relatively decent mattresses in the rest of the unit. So know you're realistically only getting four kids in that room. Biggest downside was that there is one pillow per person (one per twin, two for each king/queen), and they're super thin. Whether this impacts you is tbd, I suppose. Be aware that the video game you see in the pictures has a busted joystick. And that living room mattress is literally next to the dining room table. So plan accordingly. But overall, we enjoyed it. Owner is super responsive and easy to work with. We really enjoyed the short walk to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL STAY

I have stayed in this TOWNHOUSE 4 times now. NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED The townhouse is ALWAYS CLEAN. The host is right there for you if you need ANYTHING at all. THANK YOU ELAINE. We will be back soon.

Nice, but not recommended

The area was very nice. The family pool and play area were a great bonus. The home is a short drive to several beaches. A beach pass costs $12 per vehicle, which was worth it. We took a couple of day trips that were good. The USS Lexington was a great experience, and the Selena museum and memorial were nice too. It's easy to get back to Corpus for groceries, restaurants and day trips. As a disclaimer, I did not contact the host immediately about the cleanliness of the home. When I did, she was not interested in seeing the photos I took of the filth. I do not consider my standards higher than average, but would have appreciated the return of the cleaning fee since the home was not clean when we arrived. I literally spent several hours cleaning just the kitchen. I didn't contact the host right away because I was too frustrated with the situation and honestly just wanted to enjoy vacation We didn't want to think about someone coming in to clean while we were there. Host was responsive and polite, and honored a discounted rate (I didn't ask) that wasn't changed before we booked.

Alverez memorial trip

Very pleasant stay nice quiet area and plenty of living room space for all the family to be together and remember our past loved one. Kids loved the arcade and double bunk beds in rooms! Really just what we needed.
