Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the large ice maker and found the townhome fine overall. We apologize that the initial amenities and AC filter were not fully up to expectations — we provide a small starter pack to cover essentials until guests have time to shop, and we would have been happy to address the AC filter during your stay if we had known. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience. - Padre Escapes

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the incident with the dresser and the discomfort caused by the A/C issue. Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and while we’re glad our team was able to address the dresser and get the A/C repaired, we completely understand how frustrating and concerning those situations were — especially with the added inconvenience of medical care. We appreciate you acknowledging the positives of the home, and your comments help us identify where we need to do better. We hope you’re feeling better and would love the chance to provide a much smoother experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We wanted to address a few of the concerns you mentioned. Prior to your arrival, we proactively notified you that moisture readings in the unit were still elevated and that dehumidifiers would be in place to help remove moisture from the walls and air. This was a precautionary measure, not because there was an active leak. Regarding the dishwasher, we let you know during your stay that it is a characteristic of that particular, brand-new model. We were not notified that there was standing water in the dishwasher, nor were we made aware that the sinks were draining slowly or holding water. Had those issues been reported, we would have gladly investigated them as well. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you for staying with Padre Escapes.
