This is a fantastic, clean apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. It’s clear that the host has thought of every single detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is great—close to the center of a pleasant and safe neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent; she was responsive, kind, and incredibly generous with every request. Highly recommended!

Everyone associated with this flat is incredibly helpful. It’s our 2nd stay and we hope we can stay there a third time in the near future. In addition to being quite nice - it’s perfectly located.

Excellent Two Week Stay

The flat is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is superb on a very quiet and lovely street, close to shopping and transportation.

This apartment is amazingly quiet given that it's in a busy part of London. Great location - close to bus lines and 5 min walk to 2 subway stations. I slept soundly and appreciated the air conditioning units given how hot the summer has been in London. (On a cooler night we opened the bedroom window and noticed the lack of noise!) Rosie was helpful with the check-in, even let us check in a few hours early. For the price of the unit, I might have expected higher quality TP and paper towels, a table that suits the LR space better. The sofa cushions left odd gaps where the back meets the seat. But other than that we had a wonderful stay, thank you.

This is indeed an amazing apartment! Well equipped, quiet, comfortable and sparkling clean. Location is excellent: offering easy access to tubes, while being within walking distance to numerous favourite places. Patricia was friendly, responsive and accommodating. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely stay in a beautiful area of London! The apartment was perfect and offered so much more space than a hotel room for our family of 4.The hosts were very responsive to a few needs that came up during our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.There is an adorable food shop called Bayley & Sage within walking distance as well as an extensive Whole Foods. Also to note, a beautiful flower market down the street at St. Mary’s Abbott Parish Church.

Perfect Location

This was the third time we have stayed at this property. One month stays each time. Ideal location for exploring London or the rest of the U.K.

Great London Flat

We had a lovely time in this beautiful and well equipped flat. Close to bus and tube stops, beautiful street, and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Hope to return again soon.

Lovely Home

Rose met us at this beautiful home and made sure we were settled before she left. The home was super clean and comfortable and is located in a fantastic area on a quiet and lovely street. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family had a really great time staying for four nights . The apartment met all our needs - it was clean, modern and comfortable. The bedroom was great and the pull-out couch comfortably slept two. The place had a lot of light as well. It was quiet and close to shops and the tube. The checking in and out experience was super easy. We had a great experience.

Perfect Location.

We spent a month at the property. We also stayed here for a month in 2019.. Ideal location for exploring London, either on foot, or by bus or tube. Walk to Museums, restaurants, parks, or entertainment.

Lovely and Spotless!

This flat was perfect for my daughter and I on a quick trip to London. The owner is delightful and the flat couldn’t have been cleaner. We are very particular and it was wonderful!! We will definitely book on our next trip to London in a few months.

Romantic Retreat in Idyllic Kensington

Fabulous apartment on a peaceful block around the corner from Kensington Gadens. Close to wonderful restaurants (Ffiona’s for one) and convenient access to the Underground. Patricia was a delightful host who ensured our every need was met. Look forward to returning soon.

So happy with our stay

It was our first time visiting London and we were so happy to have chosen this unit. First of all, it was very comfortable, with plenty of room for our family. We loved the Notting Hill neighborhood. It was quiet but close to shopping, restaurants, and the Tube. Patricia was very accommodating, especially with our early arrival. We can’t wait to come back.
