Well equipped apartment in the heart of Kensington, very close to shops and amenities. A very large terrace which has sunshine all day. Good for outdoor living with south facing roof garden and lots of seating. Master bedroom has large fully fitted wardrobe. All beds fitted with top quality bed linen, hotel standard. There are at least 3 gyms which are walking distance away who would welcome short term members. One has a swimming pool. The apartment has it own front door on street level. It is a quiet neighbourhood street, very safe and friendly with a village atmosphere.

Loved the location. Sweet, clean unit on a quiet street. Olympia station is very close for national rail only as the underground part of the station is undergoing some construction. Very walkable area. There are stairs as you enter flat and stairs to bedrooms. Many good restaurants nearby.

The flat was very nice and had a good amount of room. It's located on a fairly low traffic street, yet still plenty of city noise at night. We happened to visit during quite warm weather, so we needed to have windows open at night.The host is fantastic and personally helped us with a late check in when we experienced a travel delay.

Apartment was lovely; in a great location. It was extremely warm for time of year so just need to be aware it may be warm in apartment - mostly upstairs in bedrooms. the terrace was really nice and at night opening the door and windows helped cool things down along with the fans provided.

Very convenient to underground transportation and bus. Local restaurant around the corner for great breakfast and brunch. Safe area. Quiet. Host was very gracious and offered any advice for local area. Store next door. Apartment was exactly as advertised.

This flat in Kensington was even better than we thought possible! The host is outstanding. She gave us recommendations on places nearby to wait an hour until we could access the flat after an early arriving flight. That was so helpful and had great food! Check-in very easy. Flat was exactly as imaged. The patio was a huge bonus in the heat wave! Air circulation was great. Not a single thing we needed was missing in the kitchen or bathrooms. Washer was good. There is a small market a couple of doors down. Location is perfect for exploring London. Near great restaurants (and a very cute neighborhood pub) and two tube stations. I would definitely stay again on a future trip!

This flat is perfectly located in one of the best areas of London, with countless restaurants, bars, cafés, and shopping all within easy walking distance. It strikes the perfect balance of being close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.The space itself is warm, stylish, and incredibly inviting. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. Spending time in the living room felt less like staying in a rental and more like relaxing with friends and family.One of the biggest surprises was how quiet the street is. Even with the windows open on a warm summer night, I slept soundly from the moment I went to bed—and even overslept, which almost never happens for me. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to experience London.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was bright, clean and well equipped. The host was lovely and very responsive. Loved the neighborhood and enjoyed morning runs in Holland Park. Very accessible by foot/train/bus. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Such a cute flat! It was close to many buses and a train station, right above a small store with a decent selection of groceries toiletries, and snacks. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio was really nice. Would definitely recommend!

The only complaint is we needed another dish for cooking in the oven but multiple pots and pans are available. We cooked several meals at the property. The flat was clean and nicely decorated. Eve was the best and answered any and every question that we had including local shopping and restaurants. The fresh flowers were a fabulous touch. We would definitely rebook at this home.

Beautiful property in lovely quiet road off Kensington High Street. Beds very comfortable and great amenities like tea coffee shower gels shampoo . Two bathrooms was a great extra . Eve was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay and would definitely stay in this location again .

This is a really great property, it has everything but the joy of the apartment is the outside space, it is a sunny terrace and a great place to chill out, very quiet and a view of the pretty mews behind. And South Facing !
