The space
CaSa Di MaMa is a beautiful storey villa in the Jan Tiel district with a penthouse on the upper floor and two very spacious apartments below. The villa is 800 meters from the popular beach of Jan Thiel, a surf school, gym, various restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood in which the villa is located is very safe. From the street you reach the penthouse via a walkway.

The penthouse has a very spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen with a cozy bar in it. The kitchen is luxurious and is finished with a granite counter top. Through a large glass wall with sliding doors you reach the covered porch which gives a wide view over Vista Royal. In addition to the covered porch is a cozy seating area with trendy lounge furniture set and wonderfully situated on the wind. The penthouse has two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the middle there is another room that is currently furnished as a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have a split-unit air conditioning. The master bedroom has a very spacious bathroom with a wash-dry combination.

Below the penthouse there are two independent apartments. There is an apartment with 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning), a bathroom, large living room and open kitchen finished with a granite counter top with a cozy (breakfast) bar followed by a large covered porch with lounge furniture set and dining table. Total area is +/- 100 m2.

The second apartment has a spacious bedroom (with air conditioning), bathroom with shower and toilet, large walk-in closet and a spacious living room with large open kitchen (granite counter top) followed by a large covered porch. This porch is also furnished with a cozy trendy lounge set and a dining table with chairs. Total area +/- 90 m2.

The apartments are reached via a large automatic entrance gate. There is enough parking space to place 4 cars inside the gate.

Nearby is also the nature reserve the Zoutpannen. Ideal for running, mountain biking or walking a dog.

Around the corner from the apartments is a large pool area with a spacious swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters. The garden is very nicely laid out with lots of privacy and beautiful palm trees. In the evening, the garden is beautifully lit by the many LED spots that are aimed at the palm trees.
The swimming pool is for both the penthouse and the two apartments. So, for example, were you allowed to rent the penthouse and we rent the apartments in the same period to someone else you share the pool.

The villa lends itself to being rented by groups of up to 10 people as well as by separate couples or families.

If you rent the villa you have access to the penthouse and the associated porch and the two apartments, each with its own porch.
