Very comfortable house and beds. Good location. The owner was very prompt in answering questions and overall communications. House stayed very cool even in the summer heat. The pool was a nice mid day refresher from hikes at the national parks. Hot tub was not working but really only wanted to use it one time in the evening. The outdoor space was really nice for evening fires around the pit. Would highly recommend for your stay in Moab.

This was a perfect spot for a large group. There are 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds for everyone. The pool was small, but fun to swim in after a long day of hiking. It was secluded away from the busy city with a private back yard. They had 3 fridges to store our food and a ice machine for our drinks and coolers. We used the grill and inside stove and oven that worked perfectly. We didn't use the game room because they seemed to be folded up and in the corner of the garage. Eating meals were convenient since there were 2 tables to sit at. Plenty of parking for the whole family with a long driveway. I will stay here again. Perfect place for a big family and great for the price. What a deal.

Fabulous place to stay in Moab

We hiked and traveled through the wonders of Moab. Had a great time. Host was very helpful with additional offers and a great place to stay

Family vacation

I would stay here again, the ice maker was great and the 2 extra fridges in the garage and a stand up freezer were a hit, had all the room we needed. It was a great vacation

When we got there the house wasn’t clean. The air in the downstairs didn’t work it was very hot. The yard wasn’t cut. The pool guy came by and told us that he was waiting on parts for the pool and the hot tub wasn’t getting hot. We had to go get raid there was ants all downstairs and a bat by the front door. Was very outdated. Was very overpriced for what we got.

This could be an easy 10/10 with a few updates and organization. Pool and hot tub were great 10/10. Owner response 10/10Kitchen 6/10 is very unorganized, pots, pans cutting boards and cookie sheet need to be new. There are about 20 lids and 6 containers (5 of which match) to use for leftovers. Bedrooms 6/10 The downstairs queen size bed has a huge dent in it, not even comfortable enough for 1 person to sleep on. Bedrooms could have been more throughly cleaned. Major ant problem, owner did offer to have the bug guy come out. We bought some terro to put out and it caught a bunch, the next day they turned into ants with wings!There was a review written a few years back about these same issues, kinda surprised none of said problems have been addressed.

A very nice home atmosphere!

We all enjoyed our stay at this place! Very family friendly everything seemed very much in order and well equipped for cooking and feeding.

Overall a great stay for a group of 8 male friends, 5 nights. There was a lot of room and amenities like the pool, firepit and hot tub. The place was clean and comfortable. Moab are was amazing!I’d encourage the property owner to put a little money back in - there are some wobbly chairs, rug stains and kitchen items all mismatched.

Great vacation to visit Arches and Canyonlands

Great house for 8 kids and 8 adults. Nice safe place to stay, close to downtown Moab and Arches and Canyonland National Park. We would stay again.
