This home, with a wonderful pool, is a great home base for your visit to Moab. It’s 10 minutes from City Market, 20 minutes to Arches and about 45 minutes to Dead Horse State Park (don’t miss this) and Canyon lands National Park. Downtown Moab is about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed eating at Moab Diner.

We loved our time here! The location was great. Kids had a blast in the pool. The house had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Lovely home base for families

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive, backyard and pool were delightful, and home was very well appointed. Would definitely both recommend and stay again!

Great stay, would recommend!

Owner was immediately responsive to questions we had. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the spices and other basics that were stocked in the cupboards. Hot tub and pool were awesome!

Awesome family spot. Could easily accommodate two families of four. The poolIs the best aspect—so many cool features and a handy pool house bathroom. TVS everywhere. Black out shades. Four bathrooms counting outside. Very clean and everything is able to be wiped down. Conduction stove top which is rad. Lots of supplies. We will be staying again! Our only notice to others—and this doesn’t deduct from our rating—is that there is very little insulation /soundproofing so noise really carries between rooms. Also, the clean-up process is more extensive than I’ve had. Lastly, if I’m going to be insanely picky, given the luxury of the place I’d suggest higher quality sheets and pillows (if you want to blow people’s socks off). But the beds are really comfortable and everyone loved it. We HIGHLY recommend!! Housing is expensive and Moab and this was very cost effective given the luxury.

The house and yard/pool area are amazing. The property was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again or recommend it to others.There were a few minor issues that didn't affect our stay, but are worth mentioning so they can be addressed by the hosts. Some of the fixtures (towel racks, tp holder) in one of the primary bathrooms were coming loose from the wall. We were never able to locate a remote to open the blinds in the living room. Also, the handle on the can opener is broken.

Family stay

Location: conveniently located near Moab outdoor activities. The pool is a must-need necessity and is desired after a long day in the hot sun. However, there is another accommodation rental on the property (in the same building as the pool bathroom), whose access to the pool is only separated by one unlockable gate. The accommodation seemed to be a long-term rental. At night, the rooms can reach uncomfortable temperatures and seem inaccessible by both the central air and the additional unit in the kitchen/living room. The accommodation is up-to-date and modern, with a kitchen that is well equipped to meet any culinary needs. All towels (and pool towels) and sheets were well provided and clean. Most importantly, the host is very responsive, kind, and ready to meet all our needs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but we would have preferred additional warning about the other onsite rental in advance. We would gladly stay again and would recommend it to families visiting the Moab area.
