Fantastic property and location !!

PIETRA PIZZUTA is a wonderful property with stunning views over the town and across to the mountains. 6 of us enjoyed staying in this comfortable and spacious house. The house, pool, loungers, outdoor eating area and terrace offered everything we needed. We had amazing weather and the air con. was a much needed bonus. If we had a problem, someone was on hand to help and communication with owners was very helpful. We highly recommend a stay here. P.s, the nephew also makes his own wine and olive oil - which you can buy. A wonderful holiday. Thank you - The Barfield family, uk

Mooi vakantiehuis met een fantastisch uitzicht

Minder bekende maar hele mooie streek in Italie. Half uur rijden naar zowel de zee als en naar de hele mooie bergen. Het vakantiehuis is heel mooi ingericht en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. De communicatie met de verhuurder en beheerder was prima. Het kan in de zomer heel warm worden dus wij waren erg blij met de airconditioning.

Un séjour relaxant

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Paola et Lino. La maison est calme et propose une vue splendide. Une plus grande attention à la propreté aurait été souhaitable. Nous gardons cependant un bon souvenir de notre séjour dans les Abruzzes.

Vue magnifique

Excellentes vacances chez Davide, emplacement idéal entre mer et montagne, au calme et avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes environnantes et les colines plantées d'oliviers. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que les différentes terrasses couvertes de la maison. Davide est un hôte très accueillant, plein de bons conseils sur la région et très réactif au niveau des échanges. Il n'est pas sur place mais en cas de besoin Giovanni et Alessandra sont disponibles tout en étant très discrets. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Great mountain resort with pool

We had a very pleasant stay! Davide, the Host, was really helpful and gave us lots of tips. We spend our time at the pool which is great and has an astonishing view, hiking in the mountains, and at the beach which is only 45 minute drive. We would definitely recommend the house!

Non ci sono molte parole da aggiungere al titolo della mia recensione. Davvero tutto straordinariamente perfetto: la casa, la piscina, il silenzio che regna attorno alla tenuta, la discrezione e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Tutto ciò che desideravamo dalla nostra vacanza!

Een mooie gezinsvriendelijke accomodatie met een prachtige ligging

We hadden Casale Vecchio geboekt voor een gezin van vijf. Het huisje was gezellig ingericht, modern met een landelijk accent. Alle nutsvoorzieningen waren aanwezig, maar het was ook extra comfortabel (3 badkamers, tv, airco, espresso, wasmachine, afwasmachine, pingpongtafel...) Het zwembad was perfect en proper. We genoten van veel privacy. Het overdekte terras was een aangename eetplek en er waren extra ligstoelen om te genieten van indrukwekkende vergezichten en duikvluchten van roofvogels. De eigenaar was ook goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Het huisje is goed gelegen bij verschillende bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Pescara aan zee en het nationale park, waar je prachtige wandelingen kan maken, liggen op een halfuurtje rijden. Zeker wandelschoenen meenemen ! We genoten hier van een fantastisch verblijf.

Superbe

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce merveilleux endroit. La vue est incroyable et c'est très calme. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. Comme les deux autres villas étaient inoccupées, nous avions même deux piscine pour nous ! Giulana et son mari qui habitent près du portail travaillent pour le proprietaire. Ils sont tous les deux très serviables. La région est très authentique.

Komfortable Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche hier. Das Haus war tadellos unterhalten und alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Vorallem gefiel uns die traumhaft schöne Aussicht in die Hügel der Abruzzen, die ruhige Lage, der nette Pool, die aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Hausverwalterin, die interessante Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Kultur und Natur und die vielen netten Restaurants der Umgebung, die herrliche Köstlichkeiten zu servieren wussten. Das Haus war sauber, gut unterhalten und wir können es jedermann mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Wir hoffen bald wieder zurückzukehren.

Super feriebolig, smuk beliggenhed

Dejligt, fredeligt ophold med en fantastisk udsigt over mod Maiella bjergene, og med et hus med alle nødvendige faciliteter og lidt til, især når man kun er to. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i byen. Man skal dog køre lidt for at finde gode restauranter. Der var fint og rent da vi kom, og der var god service fra udlejer og dennes housekeeper. Vi kan anbefale en tur til/rundt om Maiella naturreservatet, hvor der selv i juli var lidt sne at se på toppen. Ligeledes kan en tur til feriebyen Pescara ved Adriaterhavet anbefales.

UN VRAI BONHEUR !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, grâce à l'accueil et à la discrétion des personnes sur place pour nous accueillir, grâce au lieu qui est magnifique : la vue à 360° mais également au confort ainsi qu'a la décoration de chaque pièce, aux jolies terrasses et la piscine. Tout est parfait pour passer un merveilleux séjour dans ce joli coin d'Italie. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. (le prix est à la hauteur de la prestation).

A magical aspect in the heart of Italy

The farmhouse is situated on hill overlooking Torre de Passeri and the surrounding valley that provides a wonderful, relaxing aspect to wake up to in the morning. Davide and Alessandra were very welcoming and even invited us to view the grape harvest in their neighbouring vineyard...a wonderful experience. The house is charming, clean and comfortable and has all the necessary conveniences of heating/air-conditioning depending on what season you decide to stay. There was also more space than I anticipated which as great for traveling with my family including my 10 month-old baby. A car is generally required to enjoy the surrounding towns in the hills and also to reach Pescara and the beach. The only difficulty was that there was not much English-language information for a stay of a week (ie. where to put the garbage)- although the housekeeper Guliana was very helpful otherwise. Overall a fantastic Abruzzo experience and I would definitely like to return for another visit next year. Thank you Davide and Alessandra.

Beautifully situated with fantastic views

The property is a drive from the nearest town but definitely worth it. We were greeted by the friendly and helpful caretaker. The property sleeps 4 very comfortably: the other 2 sleep on a mezzanine above the sitting room which is cosy but up steep steps, and has a low ceiling. The 2 bedrooms are both en suite and have their own little kitchens, but we used the main kitchen and ate together at the spacious dining table or outside on the patio ( don't forget your mosquito repellant). There are fans and air conditioning throughout. The pool is circular, fine for a dip, but not for any serious swimming. There are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area and several good restaurants in driving distance. The nearby towns are lovely, with narrow streets and interesting places to explore. We had a very enjoyable and restful week there and would certainly go back
