This spacious 5 bedroom villa is located in the Kiziltas district of the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, balconies and uninterrupted sea views.
The accomodation is as follows: the ground floor is a spacious lounge / dining / kitchen, there are a double and twin bedroom on the first and second floor, and there is a double bedroom on top floor which opens onto a roof terrace.
The pool terrace has loads of space for 10 guests, the pool being 8 x 4 metres and with a depth of 1.6 metres. The views from the pool are superb also.
The villa has all the necessary features for guests to enjoytheir stay from unlimited wifi to onsite parking.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
