Waterfront living / vacationing at its finest! Beautifully remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath, Living room (sofa bed), Family room (sofa bed), Kitchen, 2 large decks with views of Mount Baker, Cape George, Beckett Point. 2 large private yards. 2 large decks Step right out onto the beach and enjoy beach combing, swimming, crabbing, clamming, kayaking , primitive boat launch for kayaking , canoeing, paddle boarding and more. Fenced yard. Our well behaved pet friends welcome with a fee.
1 queen bed, 1 full bed and( 1 queen sofa bed and 1 full sofa bed in living room and family room) , A 75" BIG screen TV and master bedroom tv.
Seals, Herons , otters, Eagles are a common sighting ,and last fall a POD of Orca Whales !!! an incredible sighting !!! orca whales , again !!!
Our town of Sequim offers many wonderful restaurants From Fast Food favorite TOOTSIES which offers FRESH FRUIT and Veggies JUICES made to order, Gluten - free Breads , or OPTIONS of BURGERS GALORE, fresh Mocha Milkshakes.
Alderwood Bistro offers local Pacific Northwest Cuisine another Sequim favorite, Sawadee Thai and many more. Sequim is also known as THE LAVENDER CAPITOL of NORTH AMERICA our HUGE LAVENDER festival every year. In July !!! OUR SEQUIM IRRIGATION FESTIVAL Every May “ WHERE WATER IS WEALTH " is a truly fun time with our parades, car shows, logging shows and much hope to see you soon !!!!!!!
NOTE : Our biggest complaint is that we don't show how Beautiful our home and property are !!! LOL !! What a great complaint !!!
NOTE : We did have caretakers living on a completely private section of the premises in the past , who are no longer living there, SO you have complete privacy

Our family enjoyed our stay and we saw otters and porpoises from the deck which was a real treat for the grandkids. We would certainly return.

Lovely home, wonderful views. The couch beds need to be replaced in the master bedroom and dining room— very uncomfortable! Some beach chairs, toys (inflatables) would be nice. We left a child’s chair for you (connects to table). Pack N Play crib/bed would be nice addition too.

Hi Carol, So glad you enjoyed your stay The sofa bed in the dining/family room is new , it’s a memory foam plush. I’ts the exact same one in the living room. I’m surprised you found it uncomfortable The sofa bed in the master bedroom, we do not list as a sofa bed and only use as a sofa and I do have to agree that it’s not the most comfortable as a bed. Thank you for the suggestion of a play crib bed , however in the 9 years we have had our rental all of our guests have chosen to bring their own due to ever changing safety standards We used to have many beach toys , but they kept disappearing, so we discontinued those Thank you for your feedback, it’s always appreciated, we do strive to make every stay enjoyable, we love sharing our home and really enjoy hearing about everyone’s experiences

Candy & Brian were great hosts! They were readily available when we had questions. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed having coffee and meals on both decks. Nice barbecue. It was amazing to be so close to the beach. We watched kingfishers and herons fishing, saw many seals and on the last day, some orcas came into the bay! The parade and fireworks were great! A wonderful family vacation!

So lovely! We sat on the deck for our breakfast and it was gorgeous and sunny. What a great find—so quiet, so comfortable. Truly perfect for us. (Three women 70 —each of us had our own spaces).

Beautiful Location facing directly on the Bay. We saw some otters, was hoping for some whales (nobodies fault obviously). The house is like 3 sections combined under one roof. It was not a problem for us, but privacy could be a bit of a concern since the bedrooms are separated with curtains except for the small bedroom, which had a door on one end and a curtain on the other. The house was very clean, the kitchen is well laid out with all the items we needed. We only used the 2 beds, but there were some sofa beds that could be used. A big item for us was their dog-friendly policy. It would have been a deal breaker without it. The 2 dogs loved running on the beach and swimming in the bay!The Host was most helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

An amazing property on the water, with super comfortable accommodations (living rooms and bedroom), chef-friendly kitchen, deck and pet friendly! The views are amazing, especially when you see Mt. Baker lit up in the sun! Eagles, herons, seals and more. Lots of easy hiking and multiple historical and points of interest if you need diversions. Our only mistake was not planning a longer visit. We will return for a much longer stay. Thanks again to our wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive! The perfect retreat!! Can’t wait to return!!Nathan, Judy & COEnan

The house was great. Lots of room for us to watch the water, visit and play games. The sofa beds were a little uncomfortable, so we just slept on the couches directly ad it was fine. Thank you for the wonderful location.

Hi Holly We bought the sleeper sofas for the living room and family room specifically because the memory foam mattresses were rated so highly. Are those the sleeper sofas you slept on ? So disappointed to hear , we’ve received such nice reviews on them. We will thoroughly check them out Thank you

Great location

We loved staying right on the beach in this cozy house. The extensive windows and sliding glass doors make the most of the view. We had a wonderful visit!

Short but absolutely wonderful stay. So roomy and feels like “home.” WiFi was fast, kitchen had everything we needed, parking was great. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the views, just as much as we did. The owners are easily reached if needed.

Great Stay

The view and location were excellent. My friend had a dog who loved walking on the deserted beach every day. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Best view!!

We had an amazing stay. The house is very nice and the location is perfect. There is always something to do on the beach! Communication with Candy and Brian was smooth and they always responded immediately when I reached out. We will definitely be back next year!!!

Exquisite, peaceful coastal retreat perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature’s beauty! The abundance of sitting areas and windows make it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Sitting on the deck was a highlight, but the window seat was awesome! We saw eagles, seals, and a coyote. What a treat!
