A beautiful and private setting in a modern space with huge views, tons of light, and luxurious finishes. Features an open plan kitchen and living space with a wall of glass onto the deck perched directly above the river. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and oversized full bath with dual vanities. Downstairs there is a second bedroom and media room, each with direct outdoor access to covered seating on the river bank. A gorgeous hot tub overlooking the river awaits at days end.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. Access to the river for fishing was incredible. The house is close to everything the surrounding towns have to offer, but it feels very private mostly thanks to the expansive mountain views out the back. We would definitely recommend visiting.

Excellent property! Beautiful views and everything you need to be comfortable along with an outdoor space for your dog. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great - for heading to Aspen or Glenwood Springs or just staying right there in the Roaring Fork Area. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, gorgeous property, wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location close to basalt, carbondale and Aspen. The property is gorgeous and very quiet and relaxing. All the amenities that you need are provided and it still feels private even though it’s a guesthouse. We will definitely be returning!

The views are stunning, the house is beautiful and very comfortable, and the location is perfect just within minutes to Willits and crown mountain park. We loved our stay!

We loved everything about our stay here. The location is great, the view is spectacular, and the house is beautifully designed, comfortable, and well furnished. The hosts were very gracious and helpful.

My husband and I just stayed at your property during our wedding week and could not be more impressed! My husband is an avid fly fisher and loved being by the river and having the fishing artwork. Flexible with check-in/ check-out times, easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back for a future stay!

Most beautiful spot. Great layout and no sound machine needed. The river made it all melt away. Will stay here again.

Awesome Place!

We loved this place! It was easy to get to and has everything you would want nearby. House was very clean and modern with everything updated. Fishing was great as was the views from the house! Will definitely be back!

Great stay

Excellent riverfront retreat in El Jebel/Carbondale. Minutes from several grocery stores, specialty shops & restaurants. Very private and very well appointed. This place does not disappoint.

Better than described! A hidden gem in the Aspen area! A+

Nick and Patricia were excellent hosts and the property was way more beautiful inside and out than expected/pictured!! A great, private location with picturesque views! Only 30 minutes from downtown Aspen! A wonderful retreat for your puppies too..our little bulldogs had a great time on their first vacation! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

Great house and location

We stayed at the house for several days with another couple. We thought the house was well appointed. The lovely view and the calming sound of the river just couldn't be beat.

Scenic Retreat

This is a lovely property overlooking the Roaring Forks River. The layout was ideal for our group of two couples. Each floor had a bedroom and bathroom, with the main living area and kitchen upstairs. We enjoyed the views from the hot tub after a day of skiing!

Great Location

You can't beat the location of this cabin! It's right by the river and you really feel like you are "away from it all" but you're so close to Carbondale, Basalt, and even Aspen is a short drive away. The owners checked on us several times to make sure we were happy. We would stay again!
