This is my new favorite place in North Padre!! We came here for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful experience ever!! We will definitely be back every year for our anniversary celebration trip!! Thank you so much for an incredible experience and friendly and welcoming staff members.

Pool is great and being able to easily walk to the beach makes it super convenient. It feels like we unlocked a cheat code because many places in Port A or Corpus Christi that offer this value for these amenities, cleanliness, and convenience are almost impossible to find in peak season. We’ll be coming back!

Approach to the beach was safe and convenient. coding into the complex from the beach area was secure. The beach was clean. The AC vent in the living room seemed to need some attention due to discoloration on the ceiling. We enjoyed our stay and will come again !! We will stay a week next time. (The HEB was convenient.)

I only had 2 forks , 1 small bowl to mix in and very small pot to boil food in. I have stayed in a 2 bedroom in the past 25 years and always had better amenities.

OK, but could be better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo could use some attention, but things are fixable. Bedroom TV did not work, although a few days into the stay a repair was scheduled. Issues with the bathroom sink - odor and some level of clog. Some odor in the bedroom. Also received multiple texts about an issue at another property, and multiple reminders about noise rules, including one at 6:40 AM.

The complex is well maintained, there are maintenance people always doing something to make sure it stays that way. The condos are cleaned well before arrival and an office that is staffed during the day if you need anything.

Just Perfect

Nice, clean, comfortable! Exactly what we wanted! Great pricing! Steps to the pool and ocean! No ocean view of course but the pool view was very nice. And it was amazing being on the first floor! Slept great! Nothing negative to say! Thank you for sharing the condo with us!!

Returning guest - Condo updated.

We have been staying at the complex for years, however, had not been back since before pandemic. Condo has been updated, was clean & comfortable. Great Wi-fi which was spotty before. Bathroom fan needs repairing and a basic cookie sheet would be helpful. Overall - very pleased w/the accommodations.

Some problems, but good over all

Reviewer Comments: They keep you informed throughout the entire process, from the time you make the reservation, through the payments, what you need to do before and after you arrive. The people in the office are very helpful and friendly. Our unit had issues with the microwave not working and they were able to find a countertop unit that we could use, the bedroom TV was unwatchable and that was never repaired..

PERFECT Weekend Get-A-Way!

I am very familiar with this area; El Constante and Gulfstream are the BEST locations; both have great pools too. Unit 129 is a PERFECT spot to step out and be at the pool; yet seemed super quiet even when the pool had a decent crowd. The guests were super friendly; the whole experience was like a beach party at the pool! We would definitely stay again; The unit was "basic" but really darn near perfect- Excellent values/perfect location. Unit was very, very clean upon arrival. Check in/Check out process was super easy. WOULD definitely stay here again!
