Nicely renovated one bedroom condo just a half block from the beach! Come relax with a 60" smart' tv in the living room with bluray player and Netflix etc if you have an account, a 32' in the bedroom and a 24' in the bathroom. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly renovated gourmet kitchen and after dinner relax on the patio.

When your ready to hit the beach just pack up and make the short stroll to Michael Ellis beach 1/2 block away or just relax by the pool.

At the end of the day enjoy a meal at any one of the islands great restaurants!

We had a great stay! The property was clean, the perfect size for our needs, offered excellent value, and it was conveniently located just a short distance from the beach. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again!

Don’t hesitate, book now! You can’t beat this location for the price! We saved money being able to cook instead of stay in a hotel. Walked to the Salted Dolphin and The Anchor Bar every night for drinks. Enjoyed countless hours in the pool and on the beach. House was clean, had everything we needed, and host response quickly.

Great location across the street from the beach. Great price. Clean condo. Only complaint is the sleeper sofa is not comfortable. May be great for kids though. We would go back .

The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool is clean but not heated. I have stayed here several times & Troy, the host, is very responsive in answering any questions or concerns. I like his condo a lot.

It’s a great place to stay. It was perfect for our family of 3. Had no issue with parking and was able to park right in front of the unit.

The communication with the host was impeccable! Wonderful location, we walked to the beach. Property smelled so clean every time we walked through the door! Highly recommend!!!!

Great Place!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo and we will definitely be back. Great location, quiet, not far from the beach. Troy is great!
