Best Holiday

Thanks for everything. The view was fantastic. The apartment is really on the beach. The kids really loved it. My goal is to come back next year, and discover more golf courses. Everthing is new in the apartment.

Buenísimas vacaciones

Está en un sitio muy agradable, bonito y tranquilo. El estudio está muy bien acondicionado. Sus propietarios se merecen los mejores huéspedes. Un saludo Tamas.

Falsche Angaben

Wohnung Positiv: -Lage direkt am Meer -Waschmaschine und Geschirrspühler vorhanden -unkomplizierte Wohnungsannahme -Backofen und Herd gut -Ordner mit Informationen ist bereit -Vermieter ist per Whatsapp gut zu erreichen. -Klimaanlage funktioniert Negativ: -Alle Möbel fallen langsam auseinander -Matrazen sind dreckig und total hart. Sehr unbequem zum schlafen -Sockelleisten fallen ab -Badezimmer stinkt sehr -Angebliche Wellnessdusche funktiniert nicht, alle Knöpfe sind defekt und ist dreckig -Ameisen im Badezimmer -Wohnung ist winzig, deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Nur 20m2 (mit Badezimmer) anstatt wie angegeben 40m2. Mit 4 Personen wäre es unmöglich hier zu wohnen. -Gartensitzplatz ist eher ein Durchgang. Jeder spaziert durch. Leider wurden uns in der Nacht auch Schuhe vom Sitzplatz gestolen. -Im Cheminee liegen sehr viele Zigarettenstummel, unappetitlich -Alle Gläser und viele Teller haben Ecken weg oder grosse Risse. -Nur 2 Geschirrspühltaps wurden uns für 2 Wochen bereit gelegt -Wlan sehr schwach im Studio Lena, da Router zu weit weg. Ging während 2 Tagen gar nicht und sonst nur mit vielen Störungen. -Türen zur Terasse mussten wir zuerst reparieren, konnte man nicht abschliessen. -Pool in der Anlage wird zu selten gereinigt, viele Insekten und Blätter etc. im Wasser -Storen sollten dringend renoviert werden, da sie nicht mehr richtig schliessen und morgens viel Licht reinkommt. -Türen halten Geräusche nicht auf. Vor der Tür direkt die pipsenden Schliessfächer, die unsere Nachbarn gerne und viel bedient haben -TV hat nur spanische Sender -Safe nur mit Schlüssel bedienbar, Batterien fehlen Wir empfehlen nicht, hier für längere Zeit zu buchen.

disappointing

The view is fantastic, but the apartment was a disappointment. It was last refurbished in 2013 and is need of an update. Apparently, due to the weather conditions there has been a problem with cockroaches in the area. Nora has been affected and the cockroaches kept us awake at night. In the end, the owners moved us to the studio Lena which is next door and tiny! It was not comfortable. We asked for some compensation for coping with the infestation and the inconvenience of moving to a place which was unsuitable, but we were refused. We were however, only charged the price of the smaller apartment for the days we spent there. We would not recommend either property.

Winziges Studio in super Lage

Eine herausragende Lage! Nette Vermieter. Auch war es im Mai, trotz der engen Bebauung schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto lassen sich die Supermärkte gut erreichen. Aber: Die angegebenen 40qm lassen sich nur erklären, wenn man die kleine Terrasse mit rechnet. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Pfannen und andere Küchenhelfer könnten ersetzt werden. Wir hatten zu zweit eine schöne Woche im Mai und nur so möchte ich es weiterempfehlen!

Ferienwohnung mit Garten direkt am Strand

Die Ferienwohnung „Lena“ ist ein 1-Zi. Appartment mit Wohnküche, Bad, Terrasse und Garten inkl. BBQ Grill mit Strandzugang/Meer. Sat TV (nur Engl. Sender), WiFi, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche. Gemeinschaftspool (Ende März befüllt) und kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, mit denen man via E-Mail und WhatsApp kommunizieren kann. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert um einzukaufen und nach Estepona zu fahren. Sehr ruhig, Kiesstrand. Einziges Manko: der vordere Teil des Gartens ist anscheinend ein öffentlicher Durchgangsweg. Sonst kann die FeWo weiter empfohlen werden.

very disappointing

The property is down 4 or 5 flights of stairs (it seemed like 7 flights in the rain) which made it very difficult finding the place and moving in. Initially the heat worked well and the shower was OK. Rainwater leaked in under the entrance door, ran along the kitchen floor and into the bathroom. Could not figure out the TV controls and a phone call to the owners (in Hungary) got a response of "I don't know". The man in the adjoining unit figured it out for me. Wifi was either very slow, intermittant or would not connect. Satellite TV would quit regularly as rain showers passed. On our third night the electricity went out at 9 pm and had not returned by 11 am the next day. So for 15 hours, no lights, heat, hot water, refrigerator or stove,TV internet or, in my case a ventilator that I need for sleeping. After repeated phone tries on the morning of the fourth day, and no sleep the night before, I sent an email that we could not stay. Electricity was on in all the surrounding villages. I requested a refund for the fourth night. We moved a couple of miles away. Late that afternoon I finally received an email from the owner telling me that the electricity was back on and I could return if I wanted for the fourth night - refund refused. The last communication was highly amusing when if finally came. What does it take to embarrass some people? Oh, the roof did not leak.

We are very sorry you did not like our place. Unfortunately we cannot do anything against the rain, which caused all of the problems. It was so heavy rain that rarely before, which stopped internet and tv service and electricity as well, not only in our house but in the urbanisation. The service company started to work on it immediately but it took so long they found and repaired the problem also in our neighbourhood. We are very sorry about it but it can happen anywhere around the word.

Wonderful holiday

Magnifique

Superbe séjour, studio impeccable, description tout à fait correcte. Communication avec les propriétaires et les personnes de contacts sur place idéales. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dès que possible. Un tout grand merci à Timi et à la dame de contact sur place. Les pieds dans l'eau... Le levé du soleil.... Que du bonheur.

sehr schönes Appartement (Lena)

Wünderschönes Appartement direkt am Meer, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber mit allem was man braucht und noch ein bisschen mehr. Appartement liegt in einer größeren sehr gepflegten Anlage etwas außerhalb von Estepona. Sehr zu empfehlen. Als Start für Ausflüge nach Gibraltar oder Ronda gut geeignet. Urlaub im Studio Lena

Wir waren im August mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind in Studio Lena Die Ausstattung war super!Dank der großen überdachten Terrasse konnten wir uns ständig draußen ausschatten und der schöne Pool sorgte für Abkühlung. Das Zentrum von Estepona ist mit dem Auto zu erreichen ca.10 min. Ein Supermarkt ist ca.in 5 min.zu erreichen.Dort erhält man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Der "Hausstrand"liegt direkt vor der Tür aber feine Sandstrände sind in den nahen Buchten zu finden-mit dem Auto ca.6 min.Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war super!!!Von der gesamten Abwicklung, über Buchung usw...und Leute!sehr wichtig!!! Alles war "picco-bello" Sauber-wirklich Sauber!!! 100% Wir würden die Ferien Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Sebastian aus Rheingau/Hessen

Wonderful Studio

We spent a wonderful and unforgetable week from 1st to 7th of July in your studio. Thanks for the holiday, the studio was clean and new, the weather was fantastic, and the view was marvelous. We'll return next year. I highly recommend to book this place.

So close to the sea
