Amplio y Lujoso apartamento con exquisito mobiliario y decoracion, muy acogedor. Amplia terraza con vistas al mar. Dispone de un elegante dormitorio de matrimonio con cama de 160x200 y baño en suite con jaquzzi. Otro dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y cuarto de baño completo adjunto. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos Siemens, incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas y horno. Salon muy luminoso estilo romántico con TV de LED de 55 pulgadas.
Ubicado en una de las urbanizaciones mas exclusiva de la costa, dispone de varias piscinas y zona de recreo infantil.
A escasos metros de la urbanización se encuentra el maravilloso Spa/resort Albayt, aqui dispondrán de un bono para un dia totalmente gratis para estancias mínima de una semana, si desean acudir mas veces...el precio del bono diario por persona es de solo 20 euros, y el bono mensual es de 60 euros. Dispone de Jaquzzi, baños turcos, saunas, duchas aromaterapia, camas termales de relax, piscina climatizada, Gym, y todos los servicios de estética y masajes. La entrada al Spa esta restringida a menores de edad.
recomendamos disponer de un coche para moverte y disponemos de parking privado.

A nice apartment with plenty of space, a large balcony with sea views, and a pleasant pool area. The door frames in the kitchen and bathrooms could use some repair, as they are swollen at the bottom, likely due to moisture damage, and the door to the second bathroom did not close properly. However, these minor issues did not affect our stay, and we enjoyed our nearly five-week stay very much. The host, Miguel, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Relaxing stay in Buenas Noches

Awsome accomodation, everything clean, comprehensive equipment. A bit way off from the good beaches and restaurants, but no problem, if you have a car.

Stunning apartment

We were met by Miguel, who was was informative and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a nice stay. Nice apartment and Miguel was very friendly A little to far away from the city and the beach nearby was not that great, but we had a car and could go anywhere

4 Days Estepona :-)

We enjoyed the stay a lot, miguel is a very sympathic host and the appartment is clean, good equipped for cooking and the pool also was very valuable and large enough to take a swim. We can recommend this stay.

Highly recommended

The property is in a great location for visiting places by car as there is lots to see and do. The apartment felt homely & spacious with quality soft furnishings and fittings. We had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Perfect!

Had an awesome 28 day stay. Apartment is in a fabulous location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and anything you might need. Miguel is a great host! He takes care of you from arrival to departure. The property is very well maintained and very quiet (February stay). Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return.

The owner of the property was very tentative ensuring we had all the correct details for the property and went beyond by sharing local attractions of interest. The property is immaculate and very well maintained. Great terrace with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Really enjoyed the fabulous beds super comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

We had an amazing week in the apartment. Everything was in great condition and the area felt very safe. The apartment has everything that you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The grounds of property are kept very clean and tidy and the pool is a very good size. We were often alone in the pool so it felt like a private get away. The host was great at communicating and was always willing to help with any queries. He had done great recommendations for things to do in the local area. The apartment is very easy to get to from the airport and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Relaxing holiday in good location

Great apartment, with good balcony for dining. Host Miguel met us at the apartment and went through everything and gave us some tips on the local areas. The location is good with everything within a 5 to 10mins drive. We enjoyed Estepona and Puerto Duquesa most nights, where there are many restaurants and bars. On top of this during the day the pool was great to relax and cool down in. Hope to return in the future. Thanks Miguel

The apartment has everything you will need and was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and the showers had excellent water pressure. Miguel has also installed a water filter in the kitchen so we didn't have to carry/buy water. The sun gets on the terrace almost all day long and all throughout our stay we had the pool to ourselves at certain times. Excellent communication with Miguel who was very helpful. We prefer not to drive when on holiday but managed to get around using local buses and taxis. Trips into Estepona Town/Port is a must, especially the old town and was just 1.20 euros on the bus. There is a small supermarket about a 10 minute walk from the apartment which sells everything but if you want a better choice, there is an Aldi and a huge Mercadona about 10 minutes drive towards Estepona town and this was 10 euros each way in the taxi. The local beach is fine and very big but there were no sun beds or sun shades there. We spent many days at Playa Piedras de la Paloma which is right next to the Torre de la Sal (Salt Tower). The sun beds with shade were 7 euros each. There are a couple of chiringuitos along this stretch of the beach too. We can recommend the Roi et Thai restaurant just along from the local supermarket, they also do takeaway - the food was delicious. Overall we had a wonderful, comfortable relaxing two weeks hence the 5 star rating. Many thanks Miguel.

Nice apartment

Apartment was nice and well equipped. Pool was closed due to governmental decision which was not mentioned in description. We had to collect the keys near to Marbella which wasn‘t clear before booking. All in all nice stay.

Great Costa Del Sol getaway

We stayed at this location for one week. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from our terrace was amazing. The apartment came fully equipped and had 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is just slightly up the hill from the main highway. There is a small beach down the hill , although we spent everyday travelling to different sites. It’s a definite repeat.

Well satisfied with our choice.

Well appointed property with nice ambience and outlook. Property was accurately described in the listing. Car required but handy location. Walking access to the beach crosses very busy road. We would stay there again. Property was a bit hard to find without GPS coordinates. Miguel was very accommodating and helpful.

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed a two week break catching up with family, The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large terrace and the pool which is next to the apartment and often had it to ourselves. Miguel was easily contactable if we needed him. You definitely need a car as the apartment is not in Estepona town, this is a short drive away.

Perfect Vacation Location

I just spent a week here with my daughter and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Also close to restaurants, beaches and stores. Our host Miguel was awesome. We had a car rental issue at the airport which he immediately helped us resolve. He was always available for whatever we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment. When I come back I will definitely stay here! Thank you Miguel!

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is stunning! The facilities were excellent, from the underground car park, lift to the apartment, location and friendliness of Miguel, the owner. Miguel met us on arrival and talked us through everything. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. There are lovely views form the balcony too. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed linnen was clean. I cannot fault this property. Due to the location, you will need a car to get about.

Great apartment, clean, well equipped and friendly host, willing to help at all times. Great balcony and we loved our stay in the apartment. But please note that the description refers to a spa nearby with lots of facilities - this is closed! There is no spa, no sauna, no heated pool no other facilities. The development is nice with a big pool but that’s all there is. We had been looking forward to using the spa facilities and that was just not there any more.

Very Nice apartment and quite area.

We booked the apartment for 10 days. We arrived very late past midnight. But had good communication with the owner Miguel. A bit hard to find at nighttime, but we did. 😊 Very nice apartment, that meet all our requirements. The outdoor terrace was so amazing. Beautiful view over the sea to the left and pool area on the right. The area was in start of august very quiet and we almost have the entire pool to ourselves. Miguel was very helpful if we had any questions. We just loved our 10 days there. 😃

Buenas Noches

The view of the Sea was stunning. The location was convenient for getting around and for our original purpose which was to watch the golf tournament there. The washroom doors did not lock. The hallway bathroom door would get stuck and a great deal of the time, it would require someone else to pull on it to get it open as the person in the bathroom would be locked in. There were ants entering the room from the outside balcony sliding door and they would be crawling on the couch and in the kitchen as well. The check-in process would have been easier had someone been at the location at the time of arrival as it had been the case for other guests. One of our faults was the omission of following the direction on how to get the apartment keys. The garage opener did not work, but the one we found in the apartment did. The shower head in the guest bathroom did not have a cradle.
