This awesome 8th floor two- bedroom direct oceanfront luxury condo is 1543 sq. ft. (1363 sq. ft. of living space and 180 st. ft. a large balcony overseeing the ocean). Numerous updates and upgrades to include new A/C, appliances, and carpet. This condo home has a spacious owner's suite with fabulous and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, you can watch the beach, the dolphins, and the sun kissed sand. The condo comes with a full-size washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen leads into a cozy breakfast bar complete with padded barstools. From the living room, you can step onto your oversized balcony to take in the stunning surroundings of seagull calls, waves crashing into the shore, and the calming scent of the ocean air. the property is wonderful clean near all of the grocery stores and shops, master bedroom you can hear the breaking of the waves at night will stay again

A fantastic condo with a million dollar view!

This condo is as described---clean, modern, comfortable--with a great location. The complex amenities were great. We especially enjoyed the pool, sauna, outdoor grill, library and exercise room. The large-screen tv's provided night time entertainment and the views from the balcony were mesmerizing. It was a wonderful 2 week getaway.

Great view - great condo - great location

Mansour was very involved and helpful in the process of us signing up for his condo. We have nothing negative to mention. The condo was lovely and very comfortable. A large balcony opened directly on the beach and the 8th floor provided stunning views. The unit was very nicely appointed with furniture and accessories. There were extra linens and new, upgraded towels. His property manager met us promptly for check-in and check-out. And Daytona Beach, FL is a must to visit. The Space Coast, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Nascar's Daytona Raceway are all close by. We look forward to our return and definitely recommend his condo. J & M Chambers - July 2017

Perfect Getaway

The condo fit all of our needs. It was gorgeously decorated. We absolutely loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. Truly a beautiful property!

The condo was beautiful and wonderful view.

Did not appreciate the extremely LOUD construction noise going on from 8:30 am until 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Was told there was construction noise but was not prepared for Jack hammer or Concrete grinding that went on all day.Would not stay again if construction going on.

Dear Terry, I am truly sorry for the loud noise during construction. When I informed you of the constuction noise before you started your vacation, I myself did not have any idea on the intensity of the noise. I was as honest as one could be, telling you what I knew about the noise before you started your vacation. From what I know, the renovation is to be done by fall 2019. You have been a wonderful guest and I truly hope you would consider coming back when renovation is complete. We would love to have you back and thank you again for staying at our condo.

This is an amazing condo.

My family and I live in Pennsylvania. We intend to use our beautiful condo in Daytona Beach whenever we get the chance. We love the location and the relaxed atmosphere. As we cannot be down there all the time (even though that would have been fantastic!), we like to share it with our guests and have it available for rent. Consider it your home and please treat the place as you would expect others to treat your home.

The Condominium is just a few minutes to the Sunglow Pier where you can fish, watch surfing below, and eat at Crabby Joe's restaurant right on the pier. The Condominium is located in Daytona Beach Shores, the southern part of Daytona Beach on Florida's east coast. Take coastal highway A1A, or jump on I-4 or I-95, and in just over an hour drive to other major Florida attractions, like Orlando, St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral.
