Great location on a no-drive portion of the beach that is less busy and quieter than some other areas of the beach. Close to all the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of parking. Host was nice and responsive to questions. Home is well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Great location on no-drive section but also close to lifeguards for the kids.

Great property with everyyou can think of. Grills, beach chairs and Umbrella. Comforters and outdoor guy- added plus - garbage chute on ea floor!

Room was clean but needs to be updated. Host was easy to work with when we had a slight problem. Beach view along with river view were excellent. Laundry room was very convenient.

Thank you for letting future guests know about your stay! We never get tired of the view. Every time we walk into the unit, it still takes our breath away! While we would love to update everything in the condo, unfortunately this would increase the cost to our guests. The Vrbo listing accurately depicts the Condo. Great to come to after work

Working in Port Orange for a week and it was great to be able to swim in ocean or the pool.

Great Stay

Condo was extremely clean, weather was great for December, peaceful location with no drive beach. Communication with the unit owner was excellent. Will stay here again.
