The on-site property manager, Aveline, made the check-in process very smooth; she walked us through the basics (i.e., use of A/C, towel bars, shutters, and awnings), and the home and its location were outstanding. We wished we had booked there for a few more days, but our schedule was already set. There are very good dining options nearby, as well as a grocery store for a few supplies and the awesome market in the town center. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and are considering returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The location was perfect, and the property was top quality.Communication with Mark and Sandra was exceptionally quick and helpful, and all the information and recommendations they provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The checkout process with Aveline was smooth and easy.Checking in and out with Aveline was smooth, she’s very helpful.We also took their recommendation to use Jeremy for our airport transfers, and we were delighted with his service. He was a great driver and made both journeys stress-free.Everything was so well organized, and we truly appreciated the care and attention that went into making our stay such a positive experience. We would happily recommend this property to others and would love to return!

The kitchen was excellently equipped with high end appliances. The terrace had a magnificent sea view and the location was close to everything.

Had a fabulous 6 night stay in this wonderful apartment on our first trip to Menton. We were amazed to find how well equipped the apartment was and loved all the little touches. The location and view were ideal. We took advantage of the great recommendations made by the owners which were spot on and very helpful. Check in/out was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely return.

We had a really wonderful week in Menton. The beautiful apartment feels like a real home from home. It is spotlessly clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you could think of and even more. We enjoyed the sunny days on the terrace, loved the short walks to the beach, to the market hall and the town centre. Menton is a real gem and perfectly situated for exploring the Côte d'Azur. Thank you to Aveline for the warm welcome and to Sandra and Mark for offering such a stunning holiday home. We made so many happy memories and can't recommend the apartment enough.

This was my second stay at the apartment and I can say that I enjoyed every moment there. Menton is a great place to visit and the apartment is very centrally located, close to the beach, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops. The train station is around a ten minute walk away, meaning that you can visit surrounding areas very easily. The apartment is so well appointed, with everything you could possibly require during your stay. It is a real home from home experience and I thoroughly recommend staying there. In fact I have another stay already booked!

What a beautiful gem of an apartment in this quaint town of Menton! It is so conveniently located to the ocean to the train to the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself has all the best features for convenience, comfort, cleanliness and so nicely decorated it truly feels like home! The hosts are extremely friendly and generous and detailed with their suggestions of how to make the most out of your stay in Menton and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this apartment to all who need a little down time but also adventure on their South of France vacation. I truly hope we can make it back sometime soon.

Great place to stay

One of the best VRBOs my wife and I have stayed in. The host has created a warm and inviting home away from home with comfortable bed, excellent shower and well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Menton.

We had a lovely stay at the property. The photos depicted are accurate and the location is spot on with walk ability to restaurants, shopping, public transportation and the Beach. The "Bible" created by the owners was extremely useful and we relied it many times during our stay. The apartment and kitchen are well equipped and we enjoyed use of the kitchen and cooking in some of our meals with ingredients from the local fresh market. The patio is HUGE and we spent many hours outside enjoying the view and ocean breeze. We would definitely go back.

Absolute perfection! Great location and beautiful apartment! The owners have done a wonderful job decorating and outfitting this place with everything you need. Very tasteful space with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Communication with the property owners and onsite team was flawless! This property is exceptional. The apartment and patio are beautiful with great attention to detail. The owners have provided everything needed for a great vacation, including detailed instructions on using the appliances, and a wonderful guide to restaurants and activities in Menton. Wonderful spot, very well located and very well furnished.... Just a beautiful apartment, not our first time here, and we will be back again. View of the Sea is so nice, and can walk to everything.... Just loved it again! Highly recommend!

We had to change plans on short notice and really lucked out to find this gorgeous apartment available just before the Lemon Festival started. We loved just about everything: A view of the sea without road noise; location easily walkable to lots of restaurants, museums, Old Town, even for us 80-year-olds, plus the free tram stops just a few blocks away; 2 security doors before you get to the elevator. We so appreciated that Avaline had coffee, milk and prosecco for us so we didn't have to shop immediately, and that soap, shampoo, TP, etc were provided. Slippers, even! We felt so well-cared-for and Avaline was very responsive to our (few) questions. This apartment made our stay in Menton a dream!

Quite wonderful!

We spent 9 days in this fabulous apartment and didn’t want to leave. Fantastic terrace with sea views, everything close by, and really easy , friendly and professional check in service. The apartment is beautifully equipped and furnished - it feels more like a home than a rental. Hope to be back soon!

Excellent Stay

We just had the most wonderful stay at the RARE FIND - STUNNING SEA FACING APARTMENT IN HEART OF MENTON, FANTASTIC TERRACE. The quality and decor of this apartment is unrivaled and is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in over many years of travel. Great location with plenty of good restaurants and shopping very close by. Excellent communication from Sandra and Mark (the owners) as well as Aveline (the on-site representative). Book it!

Beautiful appartment!

The appartement is very well equipped and located perfectly with both shops and several beaches within striking distance. The terrace is spacious and offers a beautiful ocean view in quiet and calming surroundings. The communication with Sandra, Mark and Aveline was efficient and pleasant. What an amazing stay from start to finish . Sandra is a brilliant host ensuring everything for your stay has been put in place . 10/ 10 for communication . The apartment is beautiful with everything you could possibly need . Aveline met us and showed us everything within the apartment and there is excellent written instructions and advice for walks, restaurants etc . So close to everything in Menton . If I could write this 20 stars I would!!!

From the convenient location to the truly luxurious decor, this place is amazing. I did not want to leave. The view from the terrace is a rarity.. I will be back again Someday!
