Large and bright two-room apartment for two people recently renovated, finely furnished and equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Living room with well-equipped modern kitchen area complete with accessories. Bedroom with large wardrobe, bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom and living room have access to a balcony overlooking the city center and the path of the parade of the famous "Lemon Festival". Located 20 m from the sea and the casino, 200 meters from the pedestrian area. Very convenient to reach all the services of the city (supermarket, laundry, bus stops).
Paid covered private parking is available on request. Public covered parking at 40 meters.
Possibility of access by car in the basement for loading / unloading of luggage.

Rundum perfekt.

Danilo ist ein wunderbarer Vermieter. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes war er immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Zur Begründung durften wir uns sogar über eine Flasche Wein freuen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Von Handtüchern über Strandstühle bis hin zum Kartenspiel findet man alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist super zentral in Menton. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der direkten Nähe und der Strand direkt vor der Haustür war auch ein riesen Plus. Auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto konnten wir in einem gesicherten Bereich in einem nahe gelegen Parkhaus parken. Alles in allem eine perfekte Ferienwohnung die wir jedem wärmstens empfehlen können.

Amazing stay in Menton

We had an amazing stay at Danilo's apt in Menton. We were there for a total of 14 days and it was truly amazing. The location was central to Menton, walking distance from the beach, old town, shops and cafes. Danilo was very attentive in that he always answered any and all questions promptly, and even met us for an earlier check-in than originally anticipated. The apt was fully equipped and very clean, and the perfect size for 2 people. Next time I'm in Menton, I'd definitely book this apt again. It's highly recommended!

Goede ontvangst door eigenaar M. Danilo. Appartement was modern en in nette staat wat vetblijf aangenaam maakte. Slechts enkele stappen verwijderd van de promenade.

Wonderful--apartment and host.

I chose this apartment because from the description and photos it seemed it would comfortably suit our need to be in central Menton (without a car) and desire to be near the sea. And it did. But also because I read extensively in the comments and saw that Danilo M., the owner/manager, had gotten scores of rave reviews as a host. He sure lived up to his ratings. Not long after we arrived, I discovered I'd brought the wrong laptop power converter. I texted him asking for the name and address of a store where I might find the right kind, but instead he told me he'd be back at the apartment within half an hour with just what I needed. And he was. Truly gracious service. My husband and I would gladly take this bright and nicely appointed apartment again. Anne C.

L’appartement est très beau et très propre. Un petit bémol : il est au dessus d’une rue passante. Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. L’accueil qu’il nous a réservé était parfait.

Menton Paradise

Brilliant apartment with easy access to beach as well as excellent shops and cafes/restaurants. There is no need to rent a car; public transport, especially the rail network is first class. This was our third and best trip to Menton. Many thanks Danilo for being such an excellent host.

Practically perfect.

The owners met us, took us to the property and then spent a great deal of time showing us not only the apartment but the neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and stocked with more than we would ever need. The location is steps from the sea, close to great shopping and a short hike up the road to all the “happenings” in old town. Oh, and the little bakery across the street is delicious for a morning treat or lunch. Our favorite space was the balcony. We ate our meals there and watched the goings on in Menton. Definitely recommend this property. We loved it!

Perfect Apartment in Old Town opposite Beach

Lovely modern and fully equipped apartment in an historic block which overlooks sea front at Menton. Apartment is spacious and has private balcony looking onto street - owners very friendly and helpful

Excellent apartment in a prime position

Met promptly by Danilo on arrival outside the apartment even though our flight had been delayed by 2 hours. We were then shown round the apartment with a full explanation on how everything worked. Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Location was superb, right next to the beach, close to the old town and a 10 minute walk to train station. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Menton. Many thanks to Danilo for making our holiday a memorable one. Chris & Melanie

Modern Appartment close to everything . A real find

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment in Menton France for about 6 days and we were very comfortable there. The space was decorated beautifully and very clean, truly pristine. It was well equipped with small appliances, cookware, and glassware. The owner was gracious and helpful and met us when we arrived. The location was perfect for exploring the city, right next to the beach and very close to the casino, old town, many restaurants and shops. For trips outside Menton, the train station was only a 10 minute walk from the apartment; the bus to Monaco and Nice was about 1 block away, so the location was really convenient for exploring. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Elegant luxurious apartment

This is truly a five star apartment, which had all amenities to a high standard, such a convenient location to lots of superb cafes and restaurants. Danilo met us at the apartment and showed as round , everything was as listed, . Apartment is immaculate we would have no hesitation recommending this apartment if you are looking at Menton.

Au coeur du citron de Menton!

Bel appartement, refait à neuf avec goût dans un esprit très moderne. L'appartement, confortable et pratique est idéal pour un couple. Il est situé en centre ville et ravira les amateurs de la Fête des Citrons puisqu'il se trouve au cœur des festivités. Certes, il ne possède pas de place de parking, mais on peut, avec un bip, accéder au parking pour décharger ou charger ses bagages et ses courses. Le propriétaire, Monsieur Mainoni est un homme charmant et arrangeant. Il prend soin de vous accueillir, de veiller à votre confort et aussi de répondre à vos mails ou messages instantanément. Bref, le bon propriétaire du bon appartement au bon endroit!

Superbe Appartement de vacances

La description de l'appartement est tout a fait conforme à ce qui est mentionné sur le site. L' accueil est effectué par Danilo le propriétaire.C'est un personnage très agréable qui vous donne toutes les informations nécessaires à votre séjour. L'appartement est situé à proximité de commerces,restaurants,boulangeries et de bars (le petit déjeuner juste en face est superbe) sans en avoir les inconvénients. La mer n'est qu'à quelques pas. Il est donc facile de circuler sans avoir besoin d'un véhicule. L'appartement est très lumineux ,très bien équipé et très propre. Notre séjour a été des plus agréable,la location y étant pas pour rien. C'est effectivement une location à recommander à des amis. Et c'est surtout une bonne adresse à garder dans son carnet pour de futures vacances. Sophie et Joël

Great location, very well appointed and convenient

Danilo, the owner, met us on arrival. The apartment was really spacious and well appointed and spotless. Its on the third floor, and there are two lifts, so no problem. Great local bistros and restaurants within 50 metres. Danilo was very helpful, walked us around the area showing us the location of essential services, very caring. About a ten to fifteen minute stroll from the centre of the old town and the lovely covered market. Literally on the beach. Really good holiday in very enjoyable surroundings - Recommend it.

Awesome apartment in Awesome Menton!

We just retuned from a fabulous 9 night stay in Menton. We loved Danilo’s apartment and it allowed us the freedom to see the entire coast. The Apartment is right across from the beach with many restaurants and cafe’s walking distance away. The area is very upscale and safe at any time of the day or night. The Apartment is appointed with the best of everything, and very clean- it looks brand new. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal- including an American coffee maker. The bath has a large shower and is beautiful with the tile and stone work. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and the balcony off the bed and living room has a great view of Menton and the mountains behind. The dishwasher and washing machine where a must, and we were able to do laundry a few times which really helped out. The apartment is very close to the parking garage and the “Carrefour” grocery store. We also walked up to the train station about a 10 min walk and was able to ride to both Nice and Italy. Old town and the Basilica St. Michel are very close and we would walk there each night for dinner and an evening stroll. Danilo has wifi that you can rent and the unit is portable and allows you to have wifi anywhere in France on your trip- well worth the 15 euro’s! Danilo met us upon our arrival and went over everything including recommendations for dinner. We have been traveling to Europe for many years but this was our first experience with VBRO- I can say we won’t be staying in a hotel again. Thank you Danilo and Menton for a fabulous Holiday. The flat is in a superb location very central and yards from the beach

The flat is modern and very clean and has everything you could possibly want. For a perfect start to the day you can pop across the road buy your croissants and then enjoy them on the flat's balcony. The owner is friendly and very helpful.

Great appartment for vacation

Our family enjoyed stay at the appartment very much, appartment very bright and clean, just after the renovation. We had a fabulous stay! Great for 3 persons.
