What a Freaking Nightmare
This place was an absolute nightmare. If you do not have to rent with them do not. Find other options unless they’re the last resort.
They insist on using an app to give you a room key. Only because we went to the actual location to pick up keys did they give our party of four adults two card keys. When we asked for more they said, “No,” you have use the app for each to have access.
We downloaded the app. They recorded our phone numbers and they sent us the access codes we needed to get into the room. They never told us what room we were in nor did the reservation ever say what room we were in. When we got to the actual building, there was a woman almost in tears who couldn’t even get into the building. They refused to talk to her on the phone and told her that she needed to communicate to them through a messaging app. I did have their phone number and gave it to her, but they told her they were busy and they needed the phone for other clients and to only communicate to them via messaging. The day we left another party was going through the same thing. Each took a couple of hours to get in.
The shower leaking issue identified last year by a renter has not been fixed. We can see the water damage on the molding and doors.
I was stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes. I called the rental company first. When I called back after 30 minutes the company said it would be fixed when it is fixed. I called Fire Dept. The repair guy was standing outside because he could not get in
