So close to the ferry and convenient to everything. House had games for kids and adults plus books. I would definitely come back here! It was perfect.

Great Property. Darling recently remodeled beach cottage on a lovely residential street. Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed sitting out in the back yard reading and talking. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent!! Clean, lots of room, outdoor space very nice and close to everything. The owner Des was excellent and very easy to get a hold of and communicate with when needed. I would certainly return for a much longer stay if available and highly recommend the property to anyone staying in the cape.

A group of 6 adults stayed for 2 nights. The property was as described. It was within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive and we were able to check in early. The only thing to note is the stairs to the second floor are somewhat narrow and were a little difficult to navigate with luggage. Otherwise all was great and would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with this Vrbo. The price was so reasonable and the description, on line, was 100% accurate (maybe even a little less "praise" than it is deserving of.) We truly felt like we were staying at a friend's home for the weekend. Everyone felt there was plenty of room to spread out yet we (four of us) chose to hang in the livingroom and just enjoy being together. What I truly appreciated was the warm and inviting nature of the house. And, if you rent there and realize you have forgotten something, there is probably a 95% chance that it is there to use/borrow! In our case we needed a small piece of tape. Yup! Found it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Delightful and cozy home close to so much! We enjoyed taking the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and using the bikes to ride down to the beach. So close to town and many restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend! Wish we had longer to stay!

Perfect rental house and perfect location! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of space and the host provides all the towels, beach chairs and everything you could ever want or need for a Cape vacation. We already booked again for next year! Thank you, Des!

This was an excellent rental rental. Lots of space for everyone and a really well-appointed kitchen. Everything was really comfortable. Location was great and it was easy to walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house.

Great location for access to downtown and beaches. Cozy family room with plenty of space to sit. We enjoyed the fireplace as it was chilly March. We enjoyed a lovely girls’ weekend.

We had such a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect! Our rental had everything that we needed and more. It was clean, charming, and the layout allowed everyone to enjoy their own space. The location is ideal and we easily navigated downtown and able to get to places in minutes. I will definitely book this again.

My buddy and I have been coming to Falmouth for the past 5 years at the beginning of February for a guys trip and absolutely love staying here. Everything is exactly as described in the listing and more. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable, lots of amenities, close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed ... and Des was an excellent host. We would 100% stay here again.

Great Stay

Great location and host was easy to talk to. The house was nice and plenty spacious enough for 2 families. Great central location to beaches and restaurants.
