Great place for a couple or small family! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very convenient easy walk to downtown. It was exactly as described and really felt like home. Checking in was seamless and Nicole provided us with lots of useful information for the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nichole has a beautiful, well appointed home in an excellent location - walkable to the downtown and the beach. Would recommend to solo travelers, couples, or those with a small family.

The kitchen had everything even a frother ! The cottage was charming with great taste and quality furniture, The location was perfectly located within minutes to restaurants, beaches, shopping etc yet away from it all. I would definitely return and recommend this place.

The property was a perfect size for a family of four. It was obvious it had been recently remodeled and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was excellent with the owners. We also loved the location. It was an easy walk to the shops and beach and convenient to other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Very close to food restaurants and shops. Many beaches nearby as well..The bike path is also a 5 minute driveThe home itself is great! And comes with beach chairs and beach toys too! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and condiments.. we loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Great property, fantastic location, easy access to Main Street, the beach and the bike path. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The property host always answered our texts immediately if we had any questions. Would definitely consider renting again in the future should we plan another trip to the Cape.

Highly recommend! This place is adorable - the most perfect Cape Cod getaway for our family of four. Everything was spotless and well stocked. It is a short walk for cute restaurants, a delicious bakery and cozy coffee shops. The location was perfect! 10/10!!!

This is a lovely cottage well decorated and very comfortable for a couple or a small family. It is walkable to downtown Falmouth, which is right around the corner. And also walkable to the ferry that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard. The host was amazing and very responsive. The check-in process was very easy and the cottage was very very clean.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cottage in Falmouth. The house was clean, well-stocked (we wanted for nothing), and was in a great location. It was an easy walk into town and to the beach. We will certainly book again the next time we're down on the Cape! Thank you!

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Falmouth area. The location was outstanding—close to everything, such as the beach and shopping, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The views were beautiful and made it a wonderful place to start and end each day. The home was comfortable, well cared for, and made our vacation easy and enjoyable. There were so many thoughtful touches like the beach towels and chairs, which helped with the many beach trips we made. We truly appreciated having such a great home base while exploring Falmouth, Martha's Vineyard, and the surrounding Cape Cod area. Communication with our host was very easy and prompt when we had questions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home.The location was perfect—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to do. Perfect Cape Cod rental for our family of four (2 adults 2 kids)! The cottage was exceptionally clean, well stocked (loved the Nespresso machine!) and a short walk to Falmouth’s Main Street for shopping and dining. Beds were comfy and the backyard is a beautiful oasis (goldfish pond and wild bunnies!) The cottage served as a great location for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket as well as exploring other nearby towns like Sandwich and Chatham. Highly recommend!
