The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our nightly ping pong tournaments in the basement. Would stay here again.

Very nice house in the woods, but close to everything we wanted. Some difficulty with the shower upstairs, the valve was tough and leaked, but overall a nice place. That area has gone way upscale, so your tourism and shopping dollars dont go as far as other, more remote places in Michigan.

This house was gorgeous, the views from each window were beautiful. It was very spacious, and the game room downstairs was really enjoyable. most beds were very comfortable, the queen and the smallest bedroom was hard, but the others were very nice. The house itself was very clean.

Beautiful location. House was spacious with comfortable spaces. Kitchen was well laid out and had all that we needed. Property mgr was responsive and available for any needs. Description mentions board games and CDs but most games were limited and missing pieces. CD player didn't have remote control. Overall this is a great house in a great location.

Everything about our stay here was great for 7 adults who wanted privacy and the ability to gather when we needed or wanted to. This home had plenty of space for both.Of note: my elderly mother stayed in the main floor bedroom with rhe hall bath and was perfectly comfortable. The other bedrooms are on a second level with some fairly steep stairs so be aware if you are traveling with a lot of elders. The upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms were great, and we appreciated the second floor laundry too. The dining room table was plenty big for 7 adults and the two separate living room areas with the tv’s were also nice. Our 40 year old kids loved the tv and downstairs arcade with some old school arcade games. The house was fairly well appointed, however if you are a gourmet type cook you might want to bring your own pans. We didn’t intend on cooking but did bring our own Keurig. All things considered, a really good location and very accommodating stay.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. We had issues which delayed our travel and and we had discussions with Ryan about extending our stay and he was very understanding and accommodating. The amenities were great and the kids especially enjoyed the gaming area in the basement.

Host was accommodating and great with communication. House had everything needed and stocked with plenty of towels and paper products. The downstairs arcade was a huge bonus.

The house was large with great views out the windows. The beds were a little too soft for my taste. We loved the finished basement with the huge tv and games.
