Family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. Owner was great and communicated well. House is in a great location between Petoskey and Charlevoix. Beach is rocky but very nice.

Wonderful family trip UpNorth. The home was very clean and comfortable. Awesome location and views . Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. We would definitely return or recommend as a prime property.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Charlevoix! The beach was gorgeous and it was close to both towns. The house had everything you could possibly need, and we were all comfortable.

Enjoyed the property amenities especially the lakefront access and nights around the fire pit. Property was well stocked and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Of particular note is the breathtaking night sky. We’ve never seen so many stars!

Marjorie was very attentive and the house itself a veritable gem in the northwoods, clean and cozy with lovely views of the bay. A delightful stay overall!

We love this home! This is the second time we’ve stayed there. It’s such a comfortable place. Every evening we spent on the beach, watching the sun set. The area is so nice with all kinds of things to do. We enjoyed a few state parks and also spent an evening at Pond Hill Farms. For the second time, the whole experience was just great!

Great spot on the water

Clean, comfortable, and a perfect spot on Lake Michigan. Enjoyed the many local biking and walking trails, rock hunting, and a morning coffee with the lake sounds on the porch.

Great house, we'll be back!

We loved staying at this house and can't wait to come back. The house manager was incredibly helpful and kind! The house itself was beautiful and what a view!

Quiet beautiful setting

We loved the home and beautiful private outdoor area and beach. The home was extremely well appointed. We even saw shooting stars and the northern lights! We highly recommend and hope to return someday.
