Aloha to paradise, this studio is cozy, Charming, Comfortable and locate on a high floor with a panoramic ocean and diamond head view. We are located across the street from Fort Derussy Park and Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. You are only a short walk to the beach, the Ala Moana Mall, restaurants and the famous strip of Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd). The location of this studio is perfectly located - just close enough to the busy Waikiki nightlife and shopping, but far enough away that are not surrounded by people all day! After dinner, a short stroll on the beach and/or a 3 minutes walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village to watch the firework every Friday night.

This studio will perfectly accommodates 2 adults and 2 child.

This studio is furnished with the following:

Window air condition and a portable fan.

Free Wi-fi.

A queen size bed. New Novaform mattress as of 04/10/2024.

A full size memory foam futon.

A 50" flat screen smart TV.

Midsize fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mini oven, single burner hot plate, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

Hair dryers, iron and ironing board.

This building is secure with security patrol and FOB key elevator entry.

A swimming pool, BBQ area and credit card operated washer and dryers on the 5th floor.

This is a fabulous spot to stay with all kinds of goodies within walking distance. Mike provided EXCELLENT communication and my stay was absolutely outstanding. Oh, and the view from the window is tremendous! Enjoy!

The stay and location were good. The location is central downtown so everything is only a 5 - 10 min drive if you are wanting to be in that area. Communication with the hose was great and he was always very timely. We did get locked out of our room due to the lock battery not working and had to wait for the supervisor to arrive to manually unlock the door. Having to deal with that after a long day wasn't great but Michael was as communicative as he could be during that process. Overall, the stay was good.

Great property location and Host. The check-in process, however, was not good. The individual doing the check-in was grumpy and uncooperative. We would, however, rent this VRBO again; just be warned about the GRUMP.

This little place is exactly what I expected after reading description and reviews. Communication with host was excellent as was check in/out. I did not need parking. The place was clean and very conveniently located in Waikiki.

Perfect size for 1-2 people. I made coffee and breakfast in the kitchenette each day.The property itself is clean but furniture is a bit worn and peeling paint on the base boards. Hallways are carpeted and a bit worn. Elevators were fast and never waited for more than 1minute.

The view from the studio is amazing. It had a well-eqcuipped kitchen. The location was great. And everything was super clean. It was a little bit smaller than expected from the photos, but it was perfect for what we need it.
