Great spot

Great spot and great boat access, love the lake Bar! All the stuff in the house works great, plenty of fish as well!

Great getaway with friends

Overall great waterfront stay! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, rooms are comfy, plenty of sleeping locations, and the tiki bar is unbeatable. Add in good fishing and swimming off the dock, it's a great getaway for my group of friends!

Close to Frank and Louie’s! Great for lots of kids or family with several sleeping spots ! Had a great time !

It was a beautiful house on the lake that had plenty of beds and easy to find. We had a relaxing weekend with no stress! Thanks for the hospitality!

The perfect friends get-away!

Me and my 10 coworkers booked this house for a weekend at the lake and it was the absolute perfect set-up! We used the bar area, the grill, the doc, and the balcony’s a lot! I would definitely love to come back to this cozy little house.

Great Cove and house!

We returned for another stay at this perfectly located home and it did not disappoint. We love the tiki bar and we loved the remodel in the bathroom. We will see you next year.

Great Getaway

Overall, our stay was great! This location is perfect for families or larger groups. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. We spent most of our time down at the Tiki Bar and dock. Location is fairly quiet and not too far from beach bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also a good place to fish and swim. Highly recommend if looking to get away from the city.

Awesome Week!

We loved the tiki bar, the boat dock/lift and the location of the house. It accommodated 4 adults well. Loved how easy the check in/check out process was. The property management group was extremely responsive! We enjoyed our trip and were sad to leave! Can't wait to go back!

Tiki Bar 2023

I'd always dreamed of having my own bar and entertaining friends there. The Tiki Bar at this property makes that a reality. The home is also extremely comfortable and relaxing. 3 hammocks on the private doc made short naps a popular part of the trip.

Perfect spot

Every year we come to the lake for our firefighter lake trip. The location of this house was great. The house itself was clean. The AC was great. The bar half way down to the dock was super cool also. We look forward to coming back. The checkout process was the easiet I've seen.

Appreciated the early check in to be picked up by boat from the dock. Not always feasible but the owner let us get in early

Nice place and excellent location on the lake. Check-in and out were easy. Lots of goose poo on sidewalks and dock that we had to clean up before we began our stay. Could use some new wood or trex boards on walkway at tiki bar, as it could be a safety issue. Some fresh paint inside would help too, but overall a great place and very easy to work with. Six adult men had plenty of sleeping room, and there was space to add a few more.

Great place for a lake bachelor party

Rented the place for a bachelor party of 10 guys all 28+. Private cove to swim in with its own dock if you wanted to rent a boat for multiple days. The outdoor bar is amazing. We spent all of our nights out there watching sports and relaxing. Bugs were easy to control and the fan kept us cool even for Missouri in august. The house had beds for everyone.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not there. The sheets were all still dirty laying on the floors. We had to wash sheets and towels before we could enjoy our stay. There were no wash clothes. We had to sweep the floor. The fridge was full of the previous occupants food and the fridge was very dirty. The showers and bathroom were filthy and had hair everywhere. I was unable to get a key because the code provided did not unlock the box. The trash had obviously not been taken out for quite some time and the previous occupants left fish in the trash so it stunk to high hell. Other than that. The parking was very nice for 2 trucks and trailers. The dock was easy to tie up to and the bar by the water was neat. If the house was clean. This is an easy 5 star, but it was anything but clean.

Birthday celebration on the lake

Had a great time at this rental, we celebrated two birthdays!! Views are beautiful, the house is adorable and fit us all comfortably and had decent water pressure for showers!! The cove was peaceful. A very dog friendly neighborhood too!! “Geno” the lab stole our volleyball…LOL. Spent three days at Franky and Louie’s, so nice and close. That’s the best family fun spot for all ages with excellent food. A few small issues, no ropes or bumpers for our rented wave runners, the stairs down to the bar and dock need a few repairs- if you don’t like lots of stairs this is not the place for you - no flat land by the water, the garbage disposal smells and the dishwasher and vacuum cleaner need to be replaced. Overall we loved our vacation and will be back next year!!! We highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Our stay didn’t start off great, when we arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned yet, used towels and bed sheets were still laying around. We ended up cleaning most of it. The property manager did send a cleaning lady but she didn’t show up until 2 hours after we got there. We also had a run in with some yellow jackets down in the bar with most of our party being stung. The manager did get an exterminator out the next day to take care of the problem. Other than those things the property was great!

IA Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

There was a mix up and the property was not cleaned when we arrived. Property mgr contacted & cleaners arrived and did a very quick "clean" i.e. changed sheets, partially vacuumed and left clean towels. The bath mat upstairs was filthy, they did not leave any clean wash clothes, bedrooms were not swept, we had one dish cloth. In general the unit had not been cleaned well for quite a while. There was also a huge kitchen sink leak. A bucket had been placed under the sink and when it filled and water was running over the floor we became aware of a problem & called pm. It's a nice house but I felt we should have received something in return for the unit not being cleaned when we arrived.
